Quick and efficient service

Efficient, friendly and fast service. I wanted to understand why my gate motor wasn't working. I believed it was related to the charging of the battery and load shedding. It turned out that I needed a new motor, which was replaced the same day, need I say any more

Excellent service from Michael and his team! They came to replace my pedestrian gate lock within 24hrs of inspection. Michael also confirmed within the first 5 mins of inspection what the issues were which the previous two guys who installed my locks didn’t. Michael and his team are very competent at what they do. Highly recommend.

As a new resident in Parklands, Cape Town I needed someone to repair our tip-up garage door. I picked Planet Automation due to their perfect 5-star rating. I phoned and Mike answered and promised to come and assess the problem. Within 15 minutes Mike was at our home. He assessed the situation and indicated that a technician would call later in the day. True to his word the technician arrived and sorted out the problem. I found the amount invoiced to be most reasonable. I cannot but confirm Planet Automation's 5-star rating!

Michael and the Team at Planet Automation have been such a pleasure to deal with. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable and informative. When I needed someone quickly (my gate motor stopped working), they quickly came to my aid. They have also been helping me with a robust wireless intercom device, as we don't have suitable cable routes for a wired intercom. They are solution-orientated. I would highly recommend them for all things automation.

My garage doors needed a service and some repairs. I sent a message via the website early the morning; got an email almost immediately; assessment done before noon; service and repairs done before 6 o'clock. And I was kept informed via WhatsApp throughout the process. It is not often that one gets service like this.
