Excellent service all around from Team Planet Automation. From the moment I contacted them during the holidays right to the after sales service and check in, everything was done as well as can be expected. Turnaround time once the deposit was paid was impressive, my garage door was automated within a day of payment. The Centurion SD04 is quiet as can be and the motor seems very powerful. My tip up garage door has never been opened with such authority! Well done guys, great job!

I am very happy with their quick service. My garage door spring broke and they came out first thing in the morning and were quick to assess and do the job. They knew what they were doing and with a friendly smile answered all my questions and gave me good advice. Also explained to me that even gargle doors need regular maintenance.

I called PA after another well advertised competitor took three days to respond to me with an overpriced quote. PA sent someone over immediately to assess, I had the quote same day, and team installed on day I scheduled. What a pleasant experience!

What an absolute pleasure to do business with this company! I found Michael to have a friendly and helpful manner in every respect. He was prompt to reply to my questions and he left me feeling that he is a genuinely caring and compassionate human being, willing to go that extra mile to satisfy the customer. On top of all that, by the time we had finished discussing my needs, his quote was by far the best. His techie, Phaldi, and his son arrived on time on the same day that I accepted the quote to replace my garage door motor - at 4pm on a Friday afternoon! They were very pleasant and efficient, both on the job and with the useful maintenance information shared. As mentioned by another satisfied customer, I too am in awe of their professionalism and service. They don't come better than this and I mean that very sincerely.

Met Michael when he came to do a quotation for replacing my garage door, what a friendly guy, after emailing me the qoutation the same day we agreed on the conditions he gave me a installation date, he always kept me in the loop with the progress for installation, even after the replacement of my old garage door a few days later the came to verify if everything is still good, would recommend them to anyone who wants to install a garage door
