Traumhafte Villa in Plakias
☺Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal in der Villa und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Räumlich sehr großzügig, jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und Balkon/ Terrasse und sehr hübsch gestaltet. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, die Villa in der Woche auch einmal. Danke an Maria für den freundlichen Empfang und die nette Betreuung!
☹Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

☺ Location was great, just few meters to the sea….the villa was clean. Also we would like to thank Maria who was in contact with us for all the questions we had during our stay.

☺ Perfect spot right next to the beach, lovely clear water and lots of rocks to snorkel around to the left hand side of the bay. Very spacious even though we had 4 adults and 4 children we never felt overcrowded. Lots of facilities in the kitchen and lovely welcome pack from the owners. Pool was very decent size and the electric canopies were a great source of shade. Very windy at times but when the wind drops it felt too hot so maybe the wind was needed. 10-15 mins walk to the lovely strip of restaurants and various supermarkets etc. about 1 hour 45 mins transfer from the airport over some very high mountain roads but glorious viewing. The owner and the house keeper were always quick to respond and very helpful both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

☺ Excellent location, very quiet regardless being right in front of the beach. A very well built house.
Very comfortable beds and pillows. The air conditioning was perfect, subtle but efficient and not noisy. The outside temperature reached 40 degrees on two days and the system worked perfectly.
I also liked the total darkness in the rooms, thanks to the good quality blackout blinds on all windows.
The garden furniture were very comfortable and well placed, providing shade in the morning and in the late afternoon.
☹ The only minor negative was the occasional sewage smell on the ground floor bedroom. This is not a surprise though in a coastal Cretan house.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
☺Super Service, tolle Lage. Gehobene Ausstattung. Kompakter Grundriss mit einem Schlafzimmer im EG und einem direkt darüber im OG. Jeweils mit eigenem Bad. Von der Terrasse schöner Blick aufs Meer und nachts in den Sternenhimmel (Liegestühle). Trotz Saisonende gab es in Plakias noch eine Auswahl an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Strand
☺Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es gibt viel Platz auch mit einer Belegung von sechs erwachsenen Personen. Wir wurden im Vorwege sehr gut vom Besitzer über die Anreisemodalitäten informiert. Die Betreuung durch die Hausdame Maria war hervorragend. Sie war stets für uns da. Bei Problemen hat sie schnellstmöglich für Abhilfe gesorgt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und bietet zusätzlich zum sehr nahegelegenen Meer eine tolle Erfrischung.
☹Kleines Manko. Die Sofas sind sehr instabil, sollen aber kurzfristig ersetzt werden.

Heel mooi huis op een prachtige locatie met mooie ruime kamers. Warme en hartelijke ontvangst.
☺Ontvangst door Maria was super, heel hartelijk. Nadien ook zeer goede communicatie.

Prachtige ligging aan het strand van Paligremnos.
☹Het huis heeft een prachtig terras op het dak maar jammer genoeg geen schaduw. Er staan 2 ligbedden. Een pergola op het terras zou welkom zijn want het uitzicht is super.
Beneden is er een luifel maar bij hevige wind is dit niet te gebuiken. Een tafel met stoelen zou welkom zijn. De lounge is leuk maar niet zo geschikt om te eten.

☺ Villa was spacious and modern. There were 6 adults and one child.
Andreas (owner) responded very quickly to requests before travelling and arranged for a swimming pool guard and extra bed as we had a one year old in the family group.
Maria (housekeeper)was very helpful on phone calls etc and came around to meet us all to ask if we needed anything. Nothing was roo much trouble and she even scheduled the villa cleaner around our one year olds sleep pattern.
