My experience was positive, and the communication between the lawyer and me was satisfactory. I understand that they handle multiple cases simultaneously. After three years, the case was settled. Then came the process of negotiating medical bills. During this phase, Jennifer Sanchez served as my primary point of contact if I had any questions or concerns. Jennifer was excellent in maintaining constant communication and promptly providing detailed answers to my inquiries. Now, what I anticipate to be the straightforward part: obtaining the supervisor’s approval for the report and the distribution of funds. However, it has been almost three weeks since the report was done, and I have yet to receive any updates in regard to distribution. This unnecessary delay is particularly frustrating and disheartening.
