Our experience - Had a booking at 11 am for 3 laps. Initially was told there would be a 15‑min wait, but staff swapped groups and placed another group ahead of us, which caused further delay, ended taking 30 min wait to start the final lap.
The staff were not particularly friendly, one said, 'I’ll see what we can do,' while another directed us to speak to the front desk. The overall experience didn’t feel welcoming or enjoyable, especially for a special celebration. I would likely consider another venue before returning.

It seems you and your group arrived 30 minutes late to the check in time and expected to complete all three races back to back. We still managed to get your group on the track in time however on weekends and busy periods we rotate between the different karts and group events pre-scheduled.

We were in the area for our nephew’s wedding, and my son-in-law organised a karting session for us with my daughter and grandchildren. We had a fantastic morning at the track, the layout was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even with the changing weather conditions. Thank you PKT.

I had a group booking for my husband’s 70th, we had an 11 & 14 year olds, they were catered for and we had 17 to 71 year old’s in the 18cc’s and 125cc’s which were great fun. The staff were amazing, all young people and they could not of been any more helpful. We had an amazing day and would recommend Picton Karting to anyone.

I can't say enough about the guys (and girls) at Picton Karting, they are amazing. Their karts are always well maintained and the delta between them is minimal and among the very best of any in the country. The track is challenging and I love racing there, it's a great experience all around and I always leave with a smile on my face.
Such a great experience highly recommend The staff are absolutely amazing. My partner and I were in a pickle and one of the staff members Tom was happy to help us out we were so grateful
