Removal an replacement of a cooker extraction hood and drilling an outside wall to fit ducting.
This was a very small job, though one that I wouldn’t have attempted myself. I was very impressed that PJTC were prepared to take on such a small job. The work was carried out in a professional, tidy and timely manner and for a fair price. I would certainly recommend this contractor.
We would highly recommend Pavel and his team. They installed a new kitchen and bathroom for us & we will definitely be using them again. The work was completed to a very high standard & Pavel showed amazing attention to detail. He gave us very sound advice throughout which we appreciated. Appointed by Ikea to fit new kitchen which they did fine with, we asked for extras which wasn’t a problem. It was the finishing touches that I have an issues with, all sealant I had to remove after 4 weeks and redo as it was peeling off. We paid for the ceiling to be plastered which was done after wall units were installed and all edging was missed leaving it looking a mess. The flooring was rushed which when fitting skirting boards found pieces were patches and not even connected, almost every panel is popping up and I have spend the last 3 months fixing to the point I needs replaced 10 months after being fitted. Was planning to use them again for full new bathroom but seeing the quality of work as I feel was rushed as they had other jobs we changed our minds and went somewhere else.
Edit: 2 emails sent since work was completed never had reply, check photos is this what you called High quality work?. Once you make the final payment they are not interested, even if offered to repair all faults for free i wouldn't allow back in my property.

UPDATE (added after Darren’s edit): Following this review, the first email we have ever received from Darren since completion of the works was received yesterday (19th December 2025)—well after the completion of the 12‑month warranty period. Darren has also stated publicly that two emails were sent previously; however, after checking our records we have no earlier emails on file. If any earlier emails exist, please forward them again showing the original date/time and the recipient email address, so we can verify this.
It remains the client’s responsibility to report any issues within the warranty period. We have no way of knowing about any concerns unless we are notified within a reasonable timeframe so we can inspect and address them properly.
For additional context, at completion Darren signed to confirm satisfaction with the installation, stating: “very high standard of work. very satisfied and will definitely using the company again.”
We stand by our workmanship and our warranty process: issues must be reported within the warranty period so they can be inspected and resolved properly.

We want to stress that all our work is covered by warranty, and we use only high-quality materials such as BAL sealant. We always encourage our clients to contact us directly and promptly if any issues arise, so we can resolve them quickly and efficiently under warranty. Unfortunately, we received no communication from you regarding any problems with the sealant, ceiling, or flooring until now.
Timely communication is essential for effective aftercare and customer satisfaction. Had you reached out to us when you first noticed any concerns, we would have been able to inspect and rectify the issues immediately, as we do for all our clients. Waiting nearly a year and only mentioning these problems in a public review has unfortunately prevented us from providing the support and solutions we are known for.

I recently had a ikea kitchen installed by Pavel and his team ,the work was carried out to a high standard and the 3 workmen were professional from start to finish , removing the old kitchen and tiles ,plumbing ,electrical work ,plastering and installing new kitchen .Im so happy with the result

External wall Cladding
It has been a very poor experience dealing with this company. I was looking for Cladding quote for exterior of my house. After making a visit, I never received a quote at least for over a week after doing multiple request. I advised them to make a visit again so that they can show me the Cladding colour options and I can finalize the colour. Since the start they have not been replying to multiple messages and then abruptly got a message saying that they cannot do the job. Extremely unprofessional and cannot be trusted.
Hard work ethic, easy to deal with. Great value
Our kitchen needed removal and a new one (already purchased) to be installed. PJTC were able to speak with me, attend to measure and quote for all aspects of the works, and started promptly everyday during the fortnight. The removal wasn’t without issues (caused by the house) but PJTC kept me updated on the refit and fixed the issues faced - including pipework. Our bespoke worktops and cabinets were snugly fitted around and inside existing walls and fixtures and the finish is excellent. Patchwork plastering needed for parts of the walls where tiles tore it away during removal, and easily fixed
