Pavel and his team did a superb job of our complete kitchen renovation. They removed our old kitchen, plastered, plumbed, tiled, installed new electrics and lighting, painted, levelled the floor and fitted all new cabinets and appliances to an excellent standard. The team were friendly, professional, reliable and communicated the process well throughout. We would highly recommend Pavel and his team.

Appointed by Ikea to fit new kitchen which they did fine with, we asked for extras which wasn’t a problem. It was the finishing touches that I have an issues with, all sealant I had to remove after 4 weeks and redo as it was peeling off. We paid for the ceiling to be plastered which was done after wall units were installed and all edging was missed leaving it looking a mess. The flooring was rushed which when fitting skirting boards found pieces were patches and not even connected, almost every panel is popping up and I have spend the last 3 months fixing to the point I needs replaced 10 months after being fitted. Was planning to use them again for full new bathroom but seeing the quality of work as I feel was rushed as they had other jobs we changed our minds and went somewhere else.

However, we were surprised to learn of your concerns regarding the finishing touches, as this review is the very first time you’ve brought these matters to our attention—nearly 10 months after the work was completed. We want to stress that all our work is covered by warranty, and we use only high-quality materials such as BAL sealant. We always encourage our clients to contact us directly and promptly if any issues arise, so we can resolve them quickly and efficiently under warranty. Unfortunately, we received no communication from you regarding any problems with the sealant, ceiling, or flooring until now. Timely communication is essential for effective aftercare and customer satisfaction. Had you reached out to us when you first noticed any concerns, we would have been able to inspect and rectify the issues immediately, as we do for all our clients. Waiting nearly a year and only mentioning these problems in a public review has unfortunately prevented us from providing the support and solutions we are known for. We take pride in our workmanship and always strive to address any concerns as soon as they arise. Your feedback will be reviewed internally to help us further improve our services. Pavel and his team were hired to install Ikea kitchen. From the start Pavel was great, he explained everything, pricing for supplementary work was transparent. Norbert who installed the kitchen units and did most of the supplementary work was wonderful, he managed to fulfill all the requests as there was quite a few things that needed to be customised for the kitchen and he came up with good solutions. The units were installed well, and quality of workmanship was great. Communication with Pavel was good, and he accommodated finishing the supplementary work later as other subcontractors delayed their work. Will recommend Pavel and the team, very pleased with the quality of work.

Ikea kitchen fitting (G66) Pavel and team recently fitted my Ikea kitchen (recommended by Ikea). They did all the extra work alongside fitting the kitchen (tiling, floor laying, plastering, electrical work and plumbing) and it has all been completed to a very high standard. Pavel went above and beyond to fit me in after Ikea messed up the install dates (twice). All the team members I met were hardworking and polite, sometimes staying late into the evening to get a job done so they could move onto something else the next day. Overall I’m really happy with the service provided and would recommend PJTC to anyone.

Ikea Kitchen Fitting (G40) I recently had my IKEA kitchen fitted by PJTC and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team completed the work to an exceptionally high standard, paying great attention to every detail. They were very tidy, ensuring everything was cleaned up at the end of each day, which I really appreciated. On the final day, I noticed a small defect on one of the cabinet doors, but Pavel immediately reassured me and ordered a new one with IKEA which will be changed by them on delivery. So thank you!

Fitted kitchen Pavel was recommended by Ikea to fit our new kitchen. Pavel and his team are extremely professional. Any issues were sorted out quickly. One of our walls wasn’t straight and the team just adapted the units so this wasn’t a problem. They arrived every day on time and worked really hard. They always cleaned up when they’d finished and talked us through what they’d done that day. Throughout the job communication was excellent. Pavel has checked since the work was completed to make sure we’re happy with everything. The standard of work was excellent. We’re delighted with the end result and highly recommend Pavel and his team.

Complete kitchen refit + This job involved complete removal of an old kitchen and repair of walls and ceiling before fitting a new kitchen with new flooring.
