Saved us a costly repair yet again. Although sometimes I’m a little wary of calling Paul out, as it’s normally me causing a small stupid problem, no job ever seems too big or too small. Great communication to let you know when he is on the way, keeps you up to date with any repairs. When we moved into our house, more than 10 years ago now, P J Plumbing and heating was stickered on the side of the boiler, and although we have close relatives who are also plumbers, after first contact with Paul, we’ve never used anyone else. Will continue to use as long as we can, and highly recommend to any potential new customer (as long as you don’t keep him too busy that he doesn’t have time for me! 😂) Thanks again for everything

A pipe burst in our garage during a cold spell, leaving water everywhere. Paul responded quickly, isolated the leak, replaced the damaged pipe, and had everything back to normal much sooner than we expected. He worked efficiently, left the area tidy, and gave us helpful advice on protecting the pipes during future cold weather. Fantastic service throughout.

Paul was recommended by another tradesman, which in my opinion is always good. He removed my old boiler from the kitchen and installed the new boiler in the attic. He was working with Sean, and together they finished the job in just 2 days, ensuring that I was only without water for just a few hours. Excellent tradesmen, respectful of my property, they explained what they were doing, and I highly recommend them.

Paul has serviced both our house and flat and has been consistently excellent. He installed a smart Wi-Fi controller on our Vaillant boiler, which has given us far better control over our heating and helped us save money. He’s also incredibly dependable — when we had an emergency and no hot water, Paul came out the same day and fixed the issue quickly. He is efficient, professional, and reliable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

PJ Plumbing have done work for both other members of my family and myself over the years. From boiler installation (including being Vaillant accredited), servicing, plumbing, installing new radiators etc Paul has been good value, reliable, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend him. I wrote the above but failed to post some years back, having had more years of service from Paul I can still only say good things about him. He kept my boiler going and went out of his way to avoid unnecessary expenditure on my part. He remains consistently excellent and I continue to highly recommend his services.
