We’ve just received our completion notice and couldn’t wait to share our experience with this company. They’ve been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially our advisor, Matthew Honeywood.
Matthew was honest, transparent, and always had our best interests in mind. He found us a mortgage that truly suited our needs, and the fees he mentioned at the beginning were exactly what we paid in the end no hidden charges or surprises. He even accommodated our busy schedule by meeting with us in the evenings and responding to our emails and calls, sometimes even on his days off.
He supported us with the paperwork every step of the way, even before we submitted anything to the solicitors. The rest of the team Peter, Jackie, Charlie were also fantastic, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Me and my sister have recently purchased a property with the advice of PJK Associates for our mortgage. We have had a complicated situation where we ported a pre-existing mortgage to a new property. This was very overwhelming for me and my sister especially as it was my first time taking out a mortgage but James made this incredibly easy. Whenever we had questions James responded very fast with a clear answer to our questions. I cannot recommend PJK Associates enough, and will be using James’ advice again when I need to remortgage. Their advice was worth every penny. They also supplied us with life insurance options which again was complicated due to pre-existing medical conditions but again PJK Associates made this very simple for us. Thank you for all your hard work.
