We recently had our roof done and have been impressed with Pitch Masters from the beginning. We had a shake roof that was replaced with shingles and new sheeting. Here are some things that they did very well: 1. Quote was clear, accurate, and professional. We paid what was quoted. 2. The workmanship was exceptional, we are very happy with the quality of the work. 3. The crew was quiet, courteous, and professional. 4. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. 5. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended.

Never having a roof replaced before, I heard horror stories from friends about their experiences and dreaded the process. Derek and his crew could not have done a better job at dispelling my fears. Derek came out personally to give a very fair quote, actually much less than I was expecting, and was very professional. When it came time for the work, he and is crew did an incredible job! They were efficient, produced great quality, and thoroughly cleaned up after. Derek was very communicative with me throughout the job and I am very happy with him and his crew. Pitch Masters is highly recommended.

Let me start the review off by saying I’m an O.C.D German extra attention to detail kind of guy. So if I say something I mean it and it carries weight because I do not compliment if it is not worthy. Derek and his team are a rare thing these days especially in Kelowna. From day 1 Derek came right out and gave me a quote without delay. Always communicated what, where and when and instilled confidence in a guy who does not trust most people let alone someone replacing one of the most important parts of your house / investment. I’ve always enjoyed seeing people excel at their craft and that’s what I saw when Derek and his crew did my roof. An honest man in a not so honest world thanks for making me just a little less cynical!

Derek and his crew did an excellent job and I am very picky. He personally came by and gave the estimate where other companies did it from Google earth or sent a person that does not actually do the roofing. His estimate was clear where others were pages of how they are not responsible for anything. Just so happen Derek’s quote was the best and I am very glad we picked Pitch Masters.

I had a 27 year old cedar shake roof, that needed to be replaced (with shingles). I called 4 roofing companies. Two sent quotes, without even coming to look at the roof. Derek from Pitch Masters, came to look at the roof, including going up into the attic to see if the roof could be repaired (vs replaced), and to assess how much time I had before something needed to be done. I asked Derek to provide a replacement quote, which he did the next day. The quote was comprehensive, professional, and reasonably priced. Derek and his team just finished the job today. They started when they said they would, and finished on time (the garbage bin in our driveway was picked up 2 hours after they left ... amazing). Throughout the process, Derek (and his team) communicated with me very well, were all professional (no loud music while they worked), and were sincere in making sure the job was well done. If you are thinking of having any roof work done, you should call Derek at Pitch Masters.

Derek is a true professional that cares about his customers, listens to what they want and follows through. He and his crew installed a brand new roof on my house last year. The crew was quick to complete the job and left the site clean and when done. This year I wanted to reposition two of the fan vents and he was quick to respond and come help. His pricing was competitive using quality materials. I picked my own material from a few options. Highly recommended!

Pitch Masters came to install vents in our roof, but determined that we had enough vents, and referred us to another company for soffits. There was no charge for his time or expertise in diagnosing the problem we were having with the attic. It's becoming harder and harder to find companies that are responsive and only sell you what you need.
