Our roof’s most recent replacement was in the last millennium and we knew its time was drawing near. Noah got out quickly to inspect and laid out all of our options, including that it could maybe make it for a couple more years with some repairs. We opted to take advantage of this unseasonably warm weather and got ourselves a new roof for Christmas. Overall, the inspection was timely, the bid was fast, communication was excellent, and I’m extremely pleased with the finished result… plus it’s reduced our homeowners insurance premium by half!

We had an insurance claim due to hail and Noah offered to upgrade our shingles for free but what ended up being more valuable was how he handled the claim. He met our adjuster and helped get us a better settlement. I have experience roofing and am picky but the crew did an amazing job and it looked great. He finished by helping with all of the insurance paperwork and really made things easier for us.

No one wants damage from a Colorado hailstorm…but thanks to Noah, dealing with a big insurance claim has been a seamless process. He coordinated work with the adjuster and roofers, painters and window replacement. He definitely went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible. His teams are awesome, were wonderful in making sure the area was clean before they left and the house is in better shape now than when it was built. Noah was very easy to work with. Great communication and continued to fight with insurance on our behalf to keep everything running smooth. We had a new roof installed and also the whole house painted. The workers were very efficient and detailed. Our house looks amazing and we could not be happier.
