At the recommendation of my pool repairman I contacted Pinpoint to check for a leak in the vacuum side of my system. Pinpoint checked the entire plumbing system, including the skimmer. Everything was documented by photo and video. Areas the needed work were addressed and a proposal to fix same. Prices were reasonable, and there was no attempt to upsell. I was kept up-to-date every step of the way, and I was given phone numbers if I had a question or problem. Just about every individual who came on my property was polite, professional and friendly. Each one was ready to answer questions. I'm pretty picky... At the end of this job I couldn't find anything to complain about. Finally, and most important to me, was that I had no qualms about my wife's safety .
