Nelson is an extremely competent Audiologist. In addition to providing a thorough exam, he did an excellent job of reprogramming hearing aids, and explaining the proper way to keep them clean. Very glad I switched to him versus the previous company that offered very poor service. But this is an excellent Audiologist.

Dr Nelson greets you personally in his private office that has all the modern equipment needed for a thorough audiology exam and more. I entered not thrilled with my first hearing aids that I had rarely worn.
He let me try various brands and I went for the pair he had figured I would like. After he patiently tweaked and adjusted them, I walked out still skeptical but eager to try again.
He did it. I went home with a brand new pair that I hardly noticed wearing. Conversation was clear; the TV didn’t need to be put on loud, and I wore them comfortably for a long day instead of ripping them out after a couple of hours.
Dr Nelson is very attentive to subtle needs and is extremely patient. What other doctor these days lets you stay in his office as long as it takes?

I’m so happy to have found Pinnacle Audiology because Eric is an exceptional audiologist. He approached my hearing issues with genuine care and thoughtfulness. He’s well versed in many different brands and even has samples to try in the office. Unlike past experiences where I was steered toward specific brands, Eric offered his expertise focused on my needs. Before I even arrived for my appointment, he had already customized the settings on several hearing aids based of my audiogram, so I could try them out immediately! As we talked, he picked up on subtle issues other audiologists had missed- and fixed them. The office itself has a warm and welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease.
What truly separates him apart is his support. When my hearing aids stopped working on a Friday night, Eric was there for me throughout the entire weekend to troubleshoot. He went above and beyond to help me find a solution. He took patient care to a whole new level! Pinnacle Audiology is one of the best medical practices I’ve visited. I can finally breathe a sigh of relief knowing I have someone I can trust. Highly recommend!

I took my grandfather to meet Eric for a hearing test and a hearing aid consultation and he was honestly the best! My grandfather was hesitant and in denial about his hearing loss, but Eric was compassionate, and educated us about all options. He came highly recommended and I can see why.
