Great contractor to work with for your home build. Very knowledgeable and attentive during the planning and prep phase. Great suggestions on upgrades and floor plan customization. Most sub contractors were also great to deal with and did quality work. Definitely always looking at what they can improve upon for themselves and the home producers to give you the best results for what you're buying. Overall great company and can help you bring almost any idea to life for your future home.
Pine Ridge helped us bring our dream home to life. They were very helpful during all steps of the building process. From helping us with customizing the floor plan we picked at the beginning to getting a door jam adjusted after our final walkthrough, they made sure we were happy with our home.

Working with Pine Ridge has been a wonderful experience and we couldn’t be happier with our new home. When we originally decided to build with PR we were going to start from scratch and have a custom floor plan made for us. However, a lot model became available and we decided that it would work perfect for us. Kevin, Sheldon and the entire staff worked with us to change a few of the finishes to make the home exactly what we wanted. The contractors they hired worked quickly and did a fantastic job. We were even able to move in three weeks earlier than expected. Don’t let the term “modular” scare you. Our home is well built with high quality finishes. We highly recommended Pine Ridge!
Our home construction project with Pine Ridge Homes was bound to be somewhat of a challenge because the homesite is located about 300 miles from our current home in the Chicago area. Yet, virtually every phase of our PRH purchase was positive. Our interactions with Kevin, Sheldon, Amber, Conner and Mathew have always been pleasant. PR was accommodating and strived to meet our particular needs and the vision of the home we wanted. Conner is a wiz on the computer, customizing the floor plans.
The project manager, Sheldon, was particularly helpful and responsive during the construction process. His project was organized and efficient and he kept us well informed. Construction was completed at least 4 weeks ahead of schedule, which we believe is almost unheard of in the industry.
We are very impressed with the capabilities and skill of all of PR's subcontractors, many of whom we met at the job site. All were very pleasant and informative. Particularly impressive is the trim carpenter, Bill, who is extremely talented and attentive to detail. The overall quality of construction is excellent.

I have been in my home one month and could not have asked for a more beautiful new construction house. The 9 foot ceilings and gorgeous alder wood interior doors were the major selling points for me— not to mention the gorgeous modern, kitchen and bathrooms.
The process was seamless from beginning to end! Pine Ridge homes of Vandalia — Kevin, Sheldon, Amber, Connor, and Matthew were extremely communicative, kind, and efficient during the entire planning and construction process. They were able to accommodate my needs for a full walk-out basement, two car garage, and two tiered deck off the back, using all top-notch subcontractors.
I’m so proud of this finished product that is now sitting on my family’s ancestral property. It blends in beautifully with the surroundings of corn fields and forest.
Anyone will be more than excited, happy and comfortable in this beautiful and stunning modular home.

Kevin was super friendly and nice and very informative and not pushy what so ever. I also have to give a big shout out to Amber , even though she wasn't there in person she was very helpful setting up this meeting and letting kevin know ahead of time. The quality of the homes they had on display where picture perfect 👌 also being able to see all the products to choose for designing interior spaces was so neat! We have been in our Pine Ridge home for 5 days--we LOVE IT! The team @Pine Ridge are very accommodating, managing the various contractors has been a blessing. After our home was badly damaged in June 30, 2023 storm, we were strained with all the changes, but in 10 months--we are HOME! The home is very well built and lots of Nashville people have inquired about our "cute" house. All the workers were very talented and worked very hard. Jim enjoyed talking with the workers, they didn't mind him being here. A big thank you to all involved!
Pineridge Homes is one of our favorite customers to work with. We have had a long standing and extremely loyal relationship with Pineridge homes. Kevin, Sheldon, and the crews are professional, safe, efficient , organized, accurate with scheduling, available on site during the house set, accommodating, and are down right pleasant. They make my job fun and easy. Pineridge's homes always appear well built and aesthetically appealing! Not what I grew up thinking a "modular" was. And with his flexibility for customization, I've seen some incredible homesites put together regionally. Pineridge homes has a large radius for a working area with offices in Vandalia AND Benton. We have chased these guys around the state. Kevin has put together an incredible installation team and we're proud to be a part of it.

Ivan and I moved into our home in September 2023. Kevin and Sheldon, staff at Pine Ridge Vandalia, and all the subcontractors were amazing to work with during the step by step decisions picking out initial materials and design, tearing down the old house, digging and pouring the basement, placing our new home and providing us with all the handicapped options that we needed to make our life easier for Ivan confined to a wheelchair. As we went through the process of finishing our home they worked with us on the added touches that made our home beautiful inside and out. We are very pleased with the quality and material of the home including that the details discussed and requested were made possible. When we started our journey we looked at other modular home builders and I just wasn't happy with the quality - then I stumbled upon Pine Ridge Homes, and I am so glad I did. I stopped in for a visit expecting more of the same, but when I went into their display homes, I was surprised at the great quality I was seeing from cabinets, to flooring, countertops to faucets... This was stuff I would actually consider putting in my home! I went in and had a conversation with Kevin and was blown away by his professionalism and knowledge of the process. Such a breath of fresh air for a discouraged potential home builder. Amber and Connor were also great to work with during the process of figuring out all of the nuts and bolts of what exactly we wanted. I also loved that all of their floor plans were customizable to our needs. With three rowdy boys and my mother in law living with us, we were really struggling finding something that provided everyone with their own space. We were able to customize a floor plan that fit our needs to a T. They were also very cognizant of our budget once we got the plans going and helped us keep everything affordable, while maintaining great quality and functionality. When we ordered our home, we got to work with Sheldon as our project manager. Sheldon is top notch! No question was ever too small for him to consider. He was always available and even checked in with updates regularly during the process. Even though he had other houses in the works, I always felt like we were top priority - which is saying a lot to his work ethic and character. (I am sure he made everyone else he was working with feel the same!) Everyone that stepped foot on our property and in our home during this build was outstanding, and the work impeccable. Each person on every crew was professional and took great care and pride in their work. I cannot say enough about the great quality of each component of our home. We have had a couple of things that needed addressed after the final walk through and those were taken care of without question and as fast as possible. I have even called a couple of times with what I thought were silly questions and they addressed them promptly and courteously - I have never felt like an inconvenience even when I call with things I feel like I should know. I really can't say enough good things about Pine Ridge Homes and everyone that we have worked with there. Kevin, Amber, Connor and Sheldon are all the kind of people you want in your corner when building - and they made the process so easy and stress free! They were all genuinely excited for us and you could tell they were happy to see us get into our new home. The day of our final walk through Amber and Connor came to give us our keys and help us celebrate the completion of our home. Kevin couldn't come in person because he is running a business and all, but he took the time to call and have a meaningful conversation with us and congratulate us on our new home. Sheldon was on vacation that day.... he called anyway! He took time out of his vacation with his family to call us! These are the kind of good people you want to work with. Their integrity, work ethic, professionalism and overall customer service shines through in everything they do. I have told so many people about our great experience and everyone who comes over to our new home comments on how well built it is and how beautiful it is (we think so too!). Our journey with Pine Ridge Homes started in 2017 when our forever home was just a dream.
