Hello, thank you for the review. I want to clarify things. We never said you have broken the dishwasher. We were surprised that the dishes weren't done and found out the dishwasher didn't close anymore. We ask in our rules to let us know what doesn't work, you didn't so we had to hire a last-minute repair before the next guests.
After your stay 2 towels were missing (you paid for them when we asked so you knew you took them), we ask to put the garbage in the outside shed, you left garbage in the rooms and the kitchen and a lot of dirt everywhere. If you put the heating on 30 degrees -when you think it will heat up quicker-, don't be surprised it's getting hot.
We create house rules so staying at our house can be fun for everyone. It's not fun when our cleaners have to clean up pizza, garbage, sand, bottles in the rooms, your dishes,... Even with a -broken nkn reported- dishwasher we provide soap, sponge and towels in the kitchen.
We had a cleaning bill of +100 euro that we didn't want to charge you, only the 2 towels were charged.
So please if you make a review, be honest too.

Hoi, bedankt voor je beoordeling en de suggestie voor extra mokken en borden. We voorzien onze gasten steeds van vaatwastabletten en wasmiddel zodat het tekort snel opgelost is. Daarnaast zijn we voirzien voor 6 personen, omdat dat ook heg maximaal aantal toegalten personen is. Ik begrijp dat een vaatwasser laten draaien met een paar borden vervelend is, dus we bekijken hoe we dit ecologisch kunnen aanpakken.

The house is from 1912, and some of the parts aren't easy to renovate or change; one of them is the stairs.
Instead, we opted to modernize the whole house and bring in comfort that you can find in a modern house.

Bonjour, je suis heureux d'apprendre que vous avez presque tout aimé....
Nous sommes désolés de lire que les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas à l'étage, d'autant plus que vous n'avez signalé ce défaut qu'après votre départ. Cependant, la solution est simple et nous l'avons également transmise par Whatsapp immédiatement après votre rapport. Les toilettes à l'étage fonctionnent normalement après cette astuce.
Il est préférable de signaler les problèmes lorsqu'ils surviennent et non après votre départ, de cette façon nous pouvons au moins les résoudre.
