So, we recently ran into an issue with installing a dishwasher. The company who dropped it off, immediately gave up because a valve was leaking, and I asked them if they could replace it. They mentioned they could, but immediately quoted us over 800, just to replace the valve... I told them I wanted a more expert opinion, and decided to give Pilot a call. Their Tech Andy, came out, had the work done, and the overall cost was good! I would recommend giving them a chance. They do not look to find more problems to jack-up the price, instead, they actually apply themselves to fixing the problem you have. I will be reaching out to them again when issues do come up.

Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly, that’s how I would describe Andre J with Pilot Plumbing and Drain. I called with a old water heater and leak issue, Andre came out and did an assessment, gave me a quote, and was back the next day with a new water heater and fixed the pipe that was leaking. He is super knowledgeable and helped and he even gave me some helpful tips for my new water heater. I really appreciated the quick response time and friendly service. Thanks Pilot Plumbing and Drain!

Pilot plumbing did a great job! They gave me a quote in advance, and Andre went above and beyond. He fixed all of our issues, and left the area clean. His service was excellent! I also appreciated how they came out the day after I had called as my elderly Dad with Alzheimer's kept trying to fix it and he kept getting on the floor to look at the issue from under the sink and then we had to struggle to get him up off of the floor and this was happening several times a day. So grateful they understood our challenges and were able to fit us in so fast. Thank you so much! Customer for life.

Well Pilot Plumbing has them and I am so glad that I found ‘em!
No nonsense, here to work and work it out. No excuses just common(maybe not so common these days) sense and a can do attitude. Jeff Mustin is the professional you would be lucky to know. Water spraying all over the place and it was only 9am. I called the office, explained the situation and then said-if Jeff could possibly….
Jeff called me back in minutes talked it over with me-gave me the steps to take to protect my property and said he would get over as soon as possible. It did take a few hours-but high quality is in high demand. When he got here he got to work and fixed the leak and got me back into hot water. Just the nicest, smartest, guy you definitely want to know.

Pilot plumbing gets a five star rating from us. They installed a top of the line water and filtration system. They answer their phone and show up on time and are local. I’m very happy with their work and cleanliness. I highly recommend them!

Never received a quote for repair after a week, as well as discrepancies on appointment meeting time on their end. Technician who came out to look at was very friendly and thorough though, explaining the issue and a description of what they would do to fix shower water pipe leak. Went a different route as I never heard back after the visit.

Catie (Hope I’m spelling it right) is incredible. This review is long overdue but had another chance encounter tonight and grateful for her. Brandon did a great job clearing a nasty plug up in my bathroom sink. With my old plumbing pipe posing quite the challenge, it was handled quickly and cleanly. Brandon even went into the basement to scope out replacing the pipe run in the future. Great work all around.

Experienced flooding in my basement right before holidays. Pilot had a tech out same day and got me patched up. Pilot found it was the city sewage main had collapsed and caused my damages.
Katie, Brandon,Elliot, and Jeff were all extremely helpful, professional and kind.
If I ever have a problem again Pilot will be my first call.
