We had a bad blockage in our pipes. Pilot Plumbing came put right away and cleared it.
They went above and beyond as it was extremely difficult to clear the were here almost all day and refused to stop until the job was done.
Pilot Plumbing is the best plumbers in Clark County, and I recommend them to everyone.
I just hope they don't get to busy in case I need them again lol. I wish them great success.

My shower cartridge was fused, a handyman ended up using a grinder to remove it, which damaged the valve body and caused a leak. I called several other highly rated plumbers—some wouldn’t come out to Hillsboro, others quoted ~$3k or even suggested redoing the whole shower.
Pilot gave the most logical, cost-effective solution. They fixed it at a fair price, showed up on time, and got it done without opening walls or cutting the fiberglass.

I called them up with my drains in my house all backed up and clogged on a Saturday morning. The owner Andy came out later that day and did an amazing job getting me back up and water flowing. He’s honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. I’ll be having them out to do more work in the future, thank you!

Had an excellent experience with Pilot Plumbing & Drain. Our gas water heater failed late at night, and they had a technician out within about 90 minutes.
Andy was fantastic — super professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained our options in a straightforward way, and was able to replace the unit the same night.

Brandon arrived on time and was friendly and easy to work with. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failing garbage disposal, gave me a straightforward quote, and had it replaced the same day.
