This store has multiple levels and tons of furniture to select from. It’s a very nice showroom.
I will definitely buy from there again and recommended them for anyone looking for good, high quality Amish furniture!
With Bernie’s help we designed a custom file cabinet that we weren’t sure was possible. Bernie was extremely helpful and checked in, in a non-pushy way, when we stalled on our side. He was able to get a couple different places to get us quotes, and we chose the one that worked best for us. It’s going out to be made now, and based on the quality of our other pieces we’ve purchased in the past for Pilgrim House, have full confidence the quality will be wonderful! Thank you!!

A bit higher priced, but the furniture is durable, long lasting, beautiful pieces that don't go out of style. The staff is awesome! Willing to help and treat the customer with respect. We purchased a dining table in 2025 from Pilgrim House. It was a custom table so there were so many considerations including table size & shape, benches, chairs, finish, legs, leather seating...Our salesperson Laura was unbelievably knowledgeable and patiently helped us with every decision. Her service, kindness and professionalism was above and beyond the call of duty. Her knowledge of the inventory was very impressive. She could zip around that huge store and show us an example of anything we wanted to see! We are extremely happy with our table and all the custom details.
We returned later in the year and purchased a bedroom set. Laura did not disappoint. She offered us the same exemplary service on every detail.
Imagine when we figured out, weeks before delivery, that the dresser was not going to fit through the door of our bedroom. No problem for Pilgrim house, the delivery people brought it in through the window!
The prices are reasonable, the merchandise is quality and the people (Laura :) are amazing. Bravo Pilgrim House!
