The install crew was amazing. Told us what they were going to do and then did it efficiently. We noticed a change in the temperature on our deck as soon as they opened the awning. This will make the deck much more available during warm weather and rainy days. Than
We're technically not a Pike customer because the company failed to follow through with the simplest request imaginable that would have secured our order. After a visit from a representative who said he'd been with the company for many years, we got a quote and requested samples of the fabric for color comparison. They tried mailing samples three times (after getting several calls from me asking why samples had not arrived) and finally discovered they had the wrong city in their records. I then suggested a rep stop by and drop off the samples, but to call first. Since then, no call, no visit, no samples. At this point, my wife and I decided after all that, no awning.
We purchased a solar shade from Pike several years ago and have been happy with it. However, while rolling it up one day the fabric began to fold and it rolled up off center, getting caught up on one side. It dislodged from one bracket and then fell out of the other and then the whole unit fell down. It's on a second story window too high to reach so I contacted Pike to reinstall it. I figured this would be less expensive than buying a ladder taller than the one I had. They were very responsive and scheduled the work for the next day which I greatly appreciated. I asked the repairman how much it would cost and he said it would be "minimal, if anything". The repairmen were friendly and got the job done quickly. When I received their invoice, it was $375! They billed me for 1 1/2 hours of labor at $250 per hour and travel time. In reality, they traveled 15 minutes and did 20 minutes of work. There were no parts or repairs, just re-hanging the shade on existing brackets. I contacted Pike after my sticker shock and the office manager agreed to knock off a 1/2 hour of labor charge bringing the new total to $250. I understand as a standard they charge for a whole hour of labor. Though I spoke to two people in the office they never gave me a quote, though ultimately, it was on me to ask. I could've purchased a taller ladder or even a new shade for $375 or $250!
Be aware, if you purchase from Pike, that they are costly for after care. In my case, where the work was simple, it seemed like an overcharge. Hire a handyperson or do it yourself.
We got a 13' x 20' awning on our back deck. It has been amazing for shade on the deck and through the windows in the house. We use it during the winter rain for bbqing also. Worth every penny. Pike was awesome- highly recommend.
Our condo association was very pleased with the company and the awning they designed for us. The awning replaces an earlier one (by a competitor) and this one is superior in design and construction. plus they color-matched other nearby metalwork, so we felt there is a design uniformity to tie things together. I'd highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Emily. She was on time, personable, detailed and fast with her communications. I have requested for a quote to have the sunshades installed on the two front sides of my outdoor patio. Emily provided in great details with options - colors and style choices. Also, she was very helpful for giving me feedback on what color to choose and where to install the additional outlet placement on the patio roof. She was very prompt with her bid/quote which I got immediately right after the visit. I chose the Eclipse HD Screen (motorized) in BRONZE. Within 6 weeks - Pike Awning scheduled for the project and was done right way.

Pike awning company is the most trustworthy consistent and excellent business I have ever dealt with. I have used them for years and treasure that it is a family business that upholds it's good values. From the office staff to the owners to the outfront installation workers, they all maintain excellence. I so look forward every year to have my awnings taken down and cleaned in the fall and installed again in the spring because the job that they do is terrific and the people who do it are amazing workers and Extra kind and helpful folk. Pike Awning installed a retractable awning at our house last summer. From the beginning to the end of the process, we could not be more pleased. They are excellent communicators, experts at figuring out the type and size of awning that would work best for us, reliable as keeping appointment times. They made placement adjustments that we asked for after the installation. In this age of Covid, all workers followed safety protocols. We love our awning and highly recommend Pike without hesitation.

We couldn't be happier. We ordered two awnings during the winter and asked if we could delay installation due to bad weather. They accommodated us and scheduled it on the dates we requested. They called in advance to confirm appointment and showed up on time. This is a rarity anymore. Very professional, second time using them. Product is excellent as well. Would definitely recommend.

We had a custom power awning installed this fall. It took a bit of adjustment and a return visit to get the awning fitted properly, but Pike Awning were gracious about doing so, and did so promptly with with no additional charges. Great service by the sales team, estimator, and installation crew was across the board.
