Great marina for a season or for year round. Facilities are kept clean and well maintained. There are showers, laundry, a fire pit and a little beach with a grill. Staff walk the docks and keep a close eye on all the boats docked. If we weren’t moving, we would definitely keep our boat here permanently.
I can't say enough positive things about this marina. I used to come here when I was a kid to see our family sail boat and I have a lot of fond memories of that time. A few years ago when we purchased our catamaran, I was surprised to hear about all the improvements and changes that Pier 7 has made to the marina and specifically those to accomodate catamarans.
When we initially decided to reserve a slip at Pier 7, the prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly. The biggest selling point for us was the on site haul out service. We have had the boat hauled out a few times here and have always had a good experience.
When we take the boat out, I am usually short handed and the staff are always helpful with casting off and getting tied up. I just call ahead on our way back and they meet us at our slip.
More recently, I have been extremely grateful that they have experienced staff that take daily walks and inspect each of the slips thuroughly. They have helped with a number of things over the years, including adjusting fenders and lines or just messaging if somethign doesn't quite look right. I know if I have a question, they will be able to help or point me in the right direction.

We kept our catamaran here from July 1 to Sept 9. The marina is dog friendly and has a gate so there are not random people coming by. The bathrooms are cleaned daily. The laundry was hit or miss as the machines kept breaking. The beach with chairs and fire pit were great (there is even firewood provided). In walking distance to Starbucks, Dunkin', CVS and food lion. Employee Andrew is extremely helpful and easy to contact even when we were away from our boat. The only reason I did not give my review 5 stars was because there was no recycling.

one of my favorite experiences in life to date! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing! the temperature is comfortable; the bathrooms are functional and conveniently located. & one of the greatest parts is that if you're hungry or in need of a take the edge off drink the restaurant is right there at Pier 7 ! ENJOY I KNOW I DID!
Back in August, I visited Pier 7 Marina with two of my friends from Florida, and it was a great experience! The views of the water were beautiful, and the docks were in great shape. We originally visited to launch our boat at the boat ramp but ended up staying the afternoon. Inside the marina there is a fantastic seafood restaurant where the food was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly. If you’re looking for a nice and safe place to dock your boat, then I would definitely recommend Pier 7 Marina! We will be back next year.
I love Pier Seven! It's such a beautiful property with activities and the restaurant. I've done jet skiing and kayaking, and go almost every weekend just to hang out. Everyone that works there is very kind and professional.
Great access to the bay, catamaran friendly and a super restaurant on site. Secure and private docks. Haul out facilities for a catamaran if needed for service or maintenance. Great staff and close to Annapolis
