Contacted PianoTuners to give some very overdue TLC to my 1950s upright piano (which hadn't been tuned in well over 15-20 years) and Spencer has put such incredible time and energy into restoring it! I am very impressed with the level of care and quality of the work that has been done. Spencer has also been lovely to deal with, I couldn't recommend his services enough!

He got my 100+ year old piano sounding amazing again. I couldn't play Journey songs because my E was so flat. This might not be a priority to some, but you can't imagine how bad some of these songs sound without a tuned 'E'. If you've found Spencer online don't hesitate as you can book online, pick a time, and then they remind you by email. He called me to see if he could come a bit earlier and it worked out great! Can't recommend them more. I have my own business and I greatly respect the professionalism and the communication. It's a lost art, and Spencer is very reasonable for pricing and very talented.

Spencer from Piano Tuners gave us fabulous same-day service tuning two antique pianos on the opposite ends of the city on the same day. He provided excellent service and topnotch advice. I highly recommend this company.

Joseph was out yesterday to tune my Yamaha Grand. I wanted to leave this 5- star review. This piano has never sounded as good in the 10+ years that I have had it.
The tuning is so good, I cannot believe the difference it has made. Truly. I've always loved this piano, but
Joseph has brought out the instrument's voice, and it is startling.

I contacted Spencer to address a repair needed on my upright, as well as a tuning. The online booking system was a breeze and the communication leading up to the appointment was top notch. Spencer arrived exactly on time, was extremely pleasant and diligent and did an amazing job on the piano. It sounds better than ever. I will definitely be using Spencer for all of my piano maintenance going forward.

Very timely, professional, and very reasonably priced in-residence services. The Kawai piano really needed a good tuning. Spencer took the time to get it right after several passes. The whole online invoicing was well-done. Very easy to view, print and to manage via pay direct or credit card. In my books, that is definitely the way to go in our digital world and makes a difference in terms of time and effort from my side.

Very professional - I had initially placed an order for a very serious service of an old Zimmermann that was not tuned for over 10 years (costing more) and after testing the piano the associate had mentioned that all it needed was a pitch up and charged less than was initially quoted! That kind of honesty is what will have me coming back to PianoTuners again and again. Thank you! (and the piano sounds fantastic now)
