I was referred to PIA Financial Solutions by a close family member. Joel is one of the most calm adviser i have come to know. Very professional. From first meeting to find me a mortgage solution all the way to arranging my life insurance he guided me, answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and above all kept me calm at the times i was panicking. Due to his vast knowledge of lenders and their policies he knew exactly which lender to go for in my circumstances. His homework was so complete that I got my mortgage offer within 48 hours of submitting the application. It was not job done from him once I had the offer. He guided me with the rest of my home buying journey and I knew he was just a phone call away whenever i needed guidance. If you come across him know that your job is as good as done. 100% recommended.
