Theo has helped myself recently to get a mortgage. He is highly professional, super efficient and helpful. I had to meet a deadline and was very anxious as I needed progress quickly. Honestly, I am so glad he was recommended to myself by a friend. I would not hesitate to use him again, for sure. We have been working with Joel for a few months now, and he’s been the best advisor we’ve ever worked with! Despite a real struggle with the first property, he kept thinking outside of the box for us, going above and beyond. Thankfully the next property was more straight forward, but even with the lender being pedantic on some issues, he kept working for us to get it over the line. You could ask him help on anything even if not part of service he would always try to help by any means or knowledge he had.
