I absolutely love this studio. The teachers are amazing and knowledgeable and really make the workout challenging and yet fun. I enjoy the class and feel like with continuous attendance I can make real changes. The music and lighting add to the ambiance of class and make it relaxing and yet I always feel energized. I also love that the studio is immaculate.

Terry's is a great company to work with! They are responsive, thorough and do great work as far as all of our landscaping and irrigation needs. David Fei is always on top of whatever I need!

This is one of my favorite workouts. The workout is always fun and challenging. The instructors are amazing and so good at adjustments and making sure my form is correct. There are also some new classes like core and express which keeps things interesting. It just feels good for my body!
