After months of little progress with a wrist injury at another clinic, I made the switch to BeActive — and I only wish I had done it sooner. From the very first appointment, Milay took the time to properly assess the root cause of the issue and put together a treatment plan that combined techniques I had not tried before. The results were immediate — swelling and discomfort in my wrist and arm reduced noticeably within the first week. Beyond the treatment itself, the facilities are spotless, appointments run on time, and the overall experience is professional and welcoming from start to finish. Milay's knowledge and care throughout have been exceptional. I cannot recommend BeActive highly enough.

Amazing experience!! I have been going to physiotherapy with Milay for many issues. He is amazingly knowledgeable and identifies the issues and creates the treatment plan for my needs. He has worked on my back, knee and neck and anything else the requires therapy along the way. My physiotherapy sessions have improved my mobility and range. I would highly recommend BeActive Physio!! The staff overall is amazingly friendly too.

My husband came to BeActive Physio with an excruciating groin injury making him unable to walk. He was put under the care of Sarah C who has been absolutely phenomenal by providing a detailed assessment followed by a treatment plan and home exercises. During each session, Sarah took her time to explain what was being done and received input from my husband to ensure he was receiving the most optimal treatment. Sarah is professional, very knowledgeable and kind. She definitely is invested in my husband's recovery as after only 2 sessions, my husband's condition has significantly improved! The staff at BeActive Physio are professional and welcoming and we highly recommend this clinic.

I just finished several weeks of physio under the care and guidance of Youssef who was my physiotherapist. When I first saw Youssef I was experiencing low back sensitivity that was both painful and uncomfortable. At intake Youssef gave me a diagnosis, devised a plan of action and provided a timeline for my therapy. At my physio sessions Youssef was attentive, encouraging and applied various treatments which aided in my speedy recovery. I found Youssef committed to my recovery. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain each session and the pending benefits of each treatment while reviewing my progress. Further, I found Youssef to be encouraging and he no doubt helped build my confidence in my recovery. After having completed Youssef’s physio plan I am feeling 100% better and no longer experiencing low back pain. I highly recommend Youssef for any physiotherapy needs.

Amazing physio clinic. Milay has golden hands. With his technique my excruciating neck pain was cured. During treatments he explained what he was doing and why. I really was impressed. After weeks of discomfort and no resolution I finally went in and had an initial assessment with Sanket. He quickly diagnosed my Achilles issue and more importantly what was possibly causing it. With a few physio sessions and treatments my walking was back to normal. The recommended strengthening and stretching exercises not only helped with the tendinitis but were also aimed at preventing the inflammation from recurring. Glad I found BeActive Physio and appreciate the dedication and patient care provided by Sanket. In fact right from the front desk their professionalism comes through. Thank you!
