I booked a keratin treatment here after seeing the 4.9 stars. Over WhatsApp they were very responsive. I was the only client in the salon the whole time and the atmosphere felt flat and uncomfortable. A woman sat in pyjamas, staff were glued to their phones, and people walking past would look at me and my hair but not smile. We used google translate to communicate, but the service didn’t feel warm or polite. When the straightener and hair dryer touched my neck and I reacted in pain, staff laughed & said 'not hot' which.wasn't so nice. The salon felt grimey (no soap in the bathroom, tools left on the floor), and no one seemed like they really wanted to be there. They washed my hair several times as part of the keratin process, but it stripped my highlights to a much blonder tone than I wanted. The man who did my hair seemed dedicated to making it look nice and the keratin result itself is okay so far, but because of the poor service, energy, and professionalism, I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.
The team did an amazing job fixing up my hair (colour correction) and balayage, exactly the colour I wanted. Highly recommend 👌

Hair wash haircut and beard trim. The establishment is very clean and professional. Very good service and very talented hair stylists. Tham is very sweet and did a wonderful job with washing my hair

I came here to get my hair washed and braided. They accepted my request with no notice and made an appointment for me immediately. Tham served me and she was lovely and very efficient and keen to make sure I was happy.
