Phrozen Soft Serve Reviews

Sara Ray 2026.10.19

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Phrozen for a wedding reception, and it has been 5 star service both times! The owner went above and beyond to help make sure we could have soft serve, even though our venue didn’t have the right power source for the ice cream machines. They are the best to work with, and everyone loves the ice cream! Would definitely recommend Phrozen Soft Serve!

They were amazing for our wedding! They even went to the venue a couple days beforehand so they knew the layout and there were no hiccups the day of. They kept everything stocked and were so happy to help. We loved working with them.

Catered a large company party (200 ppl) wonderfully. Admin kept commenting how smooth the process went and how much easier it was than renting/carting/cleaning from other companies we’ve tried. Many employees also said the ice cream was better than others we’ve tried. We will definitely be repeat customers, entirely positive experience!

We had them come to my son’s Wedding Open House and it was a hit. They were so easy to work with. When they came and set up I was a little nervous that I would have to refill the machines, but it was explained to me and it was actually so easy. I would definitely use them again!

Adam was so easy to work with and very professional. He took care of every detail for our wedding and the Dole Whip was a hit for our August wedding outside. He was always available to communicate and very responsive in a timely manner. I highly recommend Phrozen and their team for fair pricing, punctuality and quality product. Who doesn’t love Dole Whip?

What a great experience working with Phrozen. Adam was very responsive, incredibly communicative, and they showed up on time. So grateful! My guests loved the ice cream bar. Hiring a server was the best thing I did. I did not need to manage this part of the party at all.

This is our 2nd year using Phrozen and we will keep using them. It’s the perfect way to add a sweet treat to your party. The packages come with 2 flavors of ice cream and toppings it’s always a hit! They bring the machine, ice cream, toppings, cones and cups. They walk you through how to refill the machine if needed and it’s effortless as a host and I appreciate that during a big party.

We were once again thrilled with the fantastic service and product from phrozen! This is our second time and it is always the biggest and most memorable hit at our receptions. My kids are convinced it’s not even a party without it now. Kids and adults were lined up for two and a half hours and I heard multiple kids say “I had ten ice creams”. We had the two machines with dole whip and then chocolate and vanilla. Easy drop off and delivery and support staff. Can’t wait for the next party!

I love this. Thanks, Beth! When Kids hear that it is unlimited servings it always becomes a competition with them (and also with the very old men for some reason). 🤣 See you next time!
