Clean and organized facility where staff are kind and professional, especially Karen. We accidently left a load of clothing in a dryer there and didn't realize until a week later. We stopped by and she helped us to find our items and dealt with everything in a very professional manner. We appreciate that kind of service and will continue to come here
Absolutely love it here. My first time at a laundromat. We were visiting from out of town and Christina was more than accommodating. She walked me through step by step, and was extremely patient. I had my hands full with a 4 year old and a 4 month old.
She was proactive, attentive, and kind.
She also was cleaning, and attending to other customers while still prioritizing my family and I.
Can't recommend this laundromat enough.
I’m new in town and it was my first time here. Cristina, the sweet short lady at the front desk, was so helpful and kind. She showed me the ropes on how to load my card and use it. Despite being super busy, and helping other customers, she kept checking in with me to make sure everything was ok, which I greatly appreciated. Will definitely be coming back here till I’m in town
