Where do I start? I’ve never had to work with a lawyer in the past and I never thought anything would happen to cause me to seek an attorney. Torgenson Law reached out within hours of me filling out online forms. They assured me that everything was gonna be OK. From the very beginning, Torgenson law took care of anything that was needed to build the case and for me to move forward in life. The information of the responsible party was found within days and Torgenson Law had a response from the responsible parties insurance within those same days accepting liability. The whole process was smooth and easier than I could have imagined. The contact throughout the process was immaculate. There was not a question asked that wasn’t answered within mere moments. Early morning and late evening texts were immediately answered as this was all unknown to myself. I HIGHLY recommend Torgenson Law to anyone and everyone seeking a personal attorney. If you expect basic professionalism, legal strategy, or communication from a law firm, look elsewhere.
We brought a fully documented case to this firm in mid-May—complete with video evidence of a dog attack on our property, supporting statements from the responding officer, and criminal misdemeanor charges filed against the neighbor by the responding officers. Despite having an open-and-shut case, this firm accomplished nothing over four months and threw up their hands at the first minor obstacle.
* Ghosted Meetings: They scheduled a formal appointment with me to discuss next steps, then simply failed to show up without any notice or explanation.
* Unreachable: It took a week and a half of constant outreach on my end just to get a response as to why they missed our scheduled meeting.
* Lazy Defense & Zero Persistence: Their entire effort over four months consisted of attempting to deliver a notice for homeowner’s insurance info. When the other party simply refused to answer the door, the lawyer essentially gave up, claiming nothing more could be done without us risking out-of-pocket costs—completely ignoring basic legal avenues to identify assets, run insurance searches, or formally file suit against individuals who own multiple high-value 7 figure properties.
A 5-star rating implies advocacy and diligence. This firm displayed passive incompetence and a total disrespect for a client's time and gravity of the case despite overwhelming evidence.
Torgenson Law is a great company to work with if you are in need of their services. They are very communicative, fast, helpful, thoughtful, and caring during the whole process. They will answer any questions you may have and make the whole process as easy as it can be. This was my first time using these services and I will definitely be reaching out to Torgenson Law again in the future if needed.
