Excellent service from Phoenix Ultrasound. The online booking process was straightforward. I arrived early and they took the effort to fit me in early. Gwen Williams, the sonographer, first discussed the issue of a lump above my knee with me, and then proceeded with a comprehensive scan. She was very friendly, and seemed very competent and experienced. She gave me a verbal, reassuring, report immediately, and within the hour I received her written report with images on my phone, for sharing with my GP. I can recommend them, and will use them in future for follow up scans.

I cannot rate Phoenix Ultrasound highly enough. There is a good reason why there are so many good reviews. I visited the clinic in Portpool Lane. My clinician Mr Babalou was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. He is one of the nicest people you will ever wish to meet. Often when I go to London, people can be very cold but Mr Babalou was the opposite. He made me feel at ease and took the time to slowly go through my results. I left feeling genuinely cared for. I am thankful to Mr Babalou and his receptionist for your service.
