The BEST program ever. I was never a "school person" growing up, I didn't always understand the material and was too scared to raise my hand but Pauline truly breaks everything down and explains concepts in different ways so every student can understand. It's a fun class with excellent hands-on training and an amazing teacher. Highly recommend!!
I had an amazing experience in the phlebotomy program. Ms. P was incredibly supportive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping her students succeed. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes, which made a huge difference in building my confidence.
The class itself was very hands on and informative. Ms. P makes sure you understand not just how to perform the skills, but also why they are important in a real healthcare setting. She takes the time to guide each student individually and really cares about preparing us for the next step in our careers.
I’m very grateful for everything I learned during this program and for the encouragement I received along the way. Ms. P truly wants to see her students succeed. Thank you for being there during the most toughest time in my life. Love you Ms. P ❤️
I loved taking the class, it was very engaging and straight forward to comprehend l, miss P has everything fleshed out in a way that’s understandable and easy to look back on. She always make a point to let the students know we can ask questions and even encourages questions, this encourages critical thinking. The slides being made available at the end of every day made studying much more easier than it otherwise would be. She kept me fed and made me feel comfortable to joke around with and I enjoyed every session I attended, miss p is fun and respectable and is always willing to answer questions when you have them she’ll even accept your challenge in a chocolate eating contest.
100% recommend!! I had Mrs. Pauline as my instructor and she was amazing. She took her time for me to make sure I understood the material and if I needed anything ! received tremendous support from Pauline and tink. I highly recommend taking your phlebotomy courses here.
Mrs. Pauline was available at anytime day or night to answer any questions I had. My experience was 10/10.

Phlebotomy Plus is an amazing program to enroll in! Going into it, I didn’t really know what to expect, but it surpassed any and all of my expectations! Mrs. P is one of the most helpful and kind teachers I’ve had in my life. There were many times I felt stuck or nervous, but she is extremely patient and supportive when you need help. She even took the time to understand my life outside of class, so I always felt cared for. When I was feeling confident, she was also one of the funniest and relatable teachers I’ve met. Phlebotomy Plus feels like a safe space, and it shows because a lot of old students come back to visit and volunteer (everyone is always welcome!!) It truly felt like I gained more than just an education, but also a family. Despite the short length of the program, I feel like I’ve learned so much and I feel so much more confident in my skills than I did in the first week. 5/5 stars for sure!
I was so skeptical about taking this class I’m in my 40s but it was a breeze the teacher Pauline was amazing. She keeps you on track Keeps you accountable. Everything she goes over is on the test! I recommend this company to anyone looking to get in to phlebotomy!! Also recommend buying the package from the NHA to study with !
I took my state test past the first try.
And in top of it all you will meet and make new friends.

Phlebotomy Plus in Brentwood offers a great learning experience, especially if you prefer a more personal classroom setting. The small class size makes it easier to stay engaged, ask questions, and get individual attention. The program length is also a big plus, its just four weeks, four days a week which is very manageable while still being thorough. It’s a well-paced program that gets you trained without dragging things out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient and supportive phlebotomy program.

This course was outstanding, with the material presented in a way that made it easy to understand and retain the content. Both Lorena Uribe, our Chief Academic Officer, and Pauline Perez, our instructor, provided invaluable support in helping us master the information and organizing all the necessary components for completing the course. The learning environment was precisely what I sought. I have completed my theory class and am currently awaiting my internship. However, I am open to attending the classroom revision and blood drawing practice sessions, which I find to be extremely beneficial. I am very grateful for my decision to enroll in Phlebotomy Plus. As someone who has always struggled in school, this class has been great for me. The teacher, Mrs. Pauline, is very understanding abut any kind of struggles you might face going into this program and she is really determined to have each of us graduate with flying colors. Her support has been unmatched in any of my years of public education and I am very grateful to have gotten her as a teacher. The classroom environment is easy going and stress free for the most part. It can be difficult to memorize everything but the format is simple and easy. Mrs. Pauline makes this class an unforgettable experience with her wit and humor in the best way possible.

I completed my program early this year while simultaneously going through some life challenges and throughout the course as well as after completion Ms P and Lorena have been incredibly supportive. Phlebotomy Plus is an outstanding school! Mrs. Pauline was absolutely amazing — she truly knows her stuff.
