Thank you for your review. We confirm all viewings on the phone verbally when the viewing is initially booked, then send a courtesy email the same day. A reminder text is then sent on the day of the viewing approximately an hour before the viewing is due to take place.
Your review states that you received no prior communication before the viewing, but also that you received a message before the viewing was due to take place.
As both the email and text messages are both computer generated, it would therefore appear that these messages have indeed been sent. It may well be that your email provider has filtered the confirmation email into your junk folder. If so, this is beyond our control.
We make every effort to accommodate viewers who are unable to attend viewings, given sufficient notice that they are unable to do so. However, as I'm sure you appreciate, we are occasionally unable to change viewing arrangements at the last minute. While this may be frustrating, it does not mean our staff are rude or unprofessional. You are of course able to rebook the appointment on another available day.
