First class replacement knee surgery from Mr Philip Dobson at the Nuffield Hospital. I had a previous knee replacement by another consultant about eight years ago which I would rate as 3 star. Mr Dobsons work was definitely 5 star. He used hidden dissolvable stitches and I was able to stop using walking aids after three and a half weeks.

A fabulous surgeon with an easy, relaxed manner who takes time to explain what he’s doing and reduces anxiety of patients under stressful circumstances. Saw my son very quickly and arranged surgery super-fast for a complex and traumatic knee injury. A guy whose people skills match his medical expertise. Highly, highly recommended.
