This company (Lillington location) is awesome! I have passed by the business many times but never knew what they did. My recent damage at my home connected me with them. From Ashley, the admin; Aaron the project manager, Austin, Calton, Kat, Kaycee, Doyle; everyone was very pleasant and explained why and what they were doing. Although I didn't catch their names, the crew that installed the floors worked so hard and completed it one day. I did not have to worry at all because they kept me informed/updated, all came prepared, did what needed to be done and left. My experience was smooth and immaculate. I would highly recommend this business to all my friends and family.

We had major water damage to our home and the best part that came out of it was finding PHC. Their mitigation team was nothing short of phenomenal. They were compassionate, focused, hard working, and intentional. They were mindful and caring about our children, dog, and so so very reassuring during the entire 12 day mitigation process..
Our mitigation project was led by Kaycee, who is truly in a league of her own. Her attention to detail, communication and compassion was off the charts. She made me feel so informed, educated and reassured me every single day. Jo, Calton, Austin, Justin, Frank, Drew, Jeremy and Jarek came to our home each day with a smile on their face and worked so hard for us. If you’re going to have a team of people in your house for days and days you want these guys — trust me! Becca and Kat helped with our contents and were so detailed, organized and compassionate. PHC has been excellent to work with on this project. We woke up one morning to a laundry room and hallway covered in water from a broken pipe from washing machine. Our home owners recommended PHC Restoration. Josh was the first to arrive and assess the damage. He was very considerate, helpful and thorough. He provided me with an overview of what to expect. Drew has came out each time during the initial remediation of floors and drywall. He has always been polite, professional and friendly. They were able to stabilize my situation that first day so we could stay in our home. Jeremy was the project manager and he has kept me informed every step. I highly recommend this company.

The company was excellent to work with each step of the project. All work has been beautifully done and we are extremely satisfied. I wanted to also praise the pack-out team. These are the folks that packed up all our stuff and moved it out so floors could be done and then place it all back once construction was finished. Tina, Fred, Toby, Jared and Jeremy were all outstanding. They treated my items with care and they were a well organized team. They were also very personable and compassionate. PHC has a great team and a special thanks to Jeremy who was the best project manager I have ever dealt with. I deal with a lot of contractors in my job (Facilities Manager for a church with a lot of properties) and Jeremy was always willing to talk with me about concerns. He actually answered his phone and returned calls immediately which is rare the construction business. He also kept me informed on the process during each step.

I am very pleased with the great job that PHC did on my kitchen from water damage. Every crew member that I came in contact with was very nice and each one did an excellent job. The crew consisted of Calton, Ray, Thomas, Jarek, Tory, Daren and Jo. All the ladies at the office was a big help and extremely nice too. Ray was the manager and he always kept me informed on what was going on each day and who would be doing the work. The whole team went above and beyond my expectations.

Discovered a slowly dripping leak on Sunday around noon from the ceiling above my kitchen table (house is story and a half). Waited until this morning (Monday) to call PHC Restoration. By 1:30 pm, Drew and Frank arrived! By about 3:40 pm, they had located the affected area, removed the drywall and wet insulation, found and temporarily stopped the leak (a tiny pinhole in the solder), and installed a fan and dehumidifier. Plumber comes Thursday at 9:00 am, and the repairs will be done shortly after that.
Drew and Frank are wonderful company representatives: pleasant, engaging, intelligent, experienced, confidence inspiring, and efficient. In short—very capable techs and really nice guys. Call PHC and ask for them next time you spring a leak!!
The work by James, Thomas, Justin and Daren was way beyond what I expected. My kitchen looks wonderful. I was especially happy with the threshold molding between our kitchen and living room flooring! Thank you very much!

Our dishwasher suffered a slow leak over a period of time before it became evident when we noticed a bit of discoloring on our kitchen hardwood floor. Once the dishwasher kickplate was removed, it became painfully clear that this would be more than an appliance repair!
Remembering that my mom had used PHC a number of years ago under similar circumstances, I knew I only needed to make one call to PHC and the team was out the next day. Aaron, Calton and Drew arrived and began the tedious task of mitigation to isolate the issue and St prevent further damage. Out came the fans and the team monitored the humidity levels over a number of days until the moisture had abated. Unfortunately, the kitchen base cabinets would ultimately need to be removed for some additional subfloor repair. The top-notch packing team of Fred, Tina, Kat and Rebecca was deployed. These folks possess the gift of taking a bad situation and making it bearable. Cabinet contents would be meticulously packed and stored and furniture would be moved until repairs were complete and Calton and Drew completed the remaining mitigation. This team really enjoys working with each other and it shows.
Hardwood floors would be replaced while the base and upper cabinets would be refinished. Aaron and the PHC team accomplished the impossible and was able to match the stain of the original color. Darren and Roger returned with the cabinets while Maestro Jarek practiced his craft both in the shop and on site to give new life to old wood and the results were simply phenomenal. Brian made the necessary modifications to ensure that new quartzite countertops could be accommodated and put the finishing touches on everything to close the project out. Fred, Tina, Kat and Rebecca returned to unpack and things began to look normal again.
Every project requires a dedicated, experienced, and knowledgeable project manager and Aaron knocked it out of the park on this job. He interfaced with a multitude of both internal and sub-contract resources, ensuring that each showed up at just the right time. An excellent communicator, his patience with these two picky homeowners was limitless and future clients will be lucky should he be the one that pulls into their driveway for the initial consultation.
Sarah and her team in the office were a pleasure to work. They interfaced with our insurance company and were in touch at all the right times and made all the frustrating details look easy.
While the PHC team may be accustomed to working with homeowners who are “out of sorts” when living through circumstances that can be considered anything but normal and often extremely stressful, they are very sensitive, supportive, and accommodating, working to make the experience as painless as it can be for the customer and work very hard behind the scenes to get them back to normal as soon as possible.
One never hopes to need services such as the ones the awesome folks at PHC provide. However, you’ll never find a better team to come alongside you on such a journey, and you’ll make some great new friends. We can't recommend them enough. These are special people and we are grateful!
