Will was awesome! Very personable very friendly! He made things very plain for someone who has no idea what is going on. He gave me some great advice and made me feel confident about the decision I would need to make. I called him last minute and he treated me with the same courtesy and respect as a customer that would have retained him days in advance. Will has been awesome! We were referred to him by a friend and were not disappointed. He was very thorough and took his time to get the job done right. We chose not to purchase the first home he inspected for us bur we are using him again this week for a different house. We definitely be using him for any future home inspection needs. We will also recommend him to all of our friends and family.

Will is amazing at his job and did an outstanding inspection, finding things 2 other inspectors and a contractor missed. He is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Will was the most attentive inspector I’ve ever had. Every inch of the house was covered and any deficiencies were documented with picture evidence. He has a personal touch that borders on familial. When I asked how things were going, he got on a video call with me and walked me through my soon to be new house and explained his process. It wouldn’t be better if my own brother had done it. Thanks for the great job!
