We had an excellent experience with Pet Shuttle Abroad and our driver, Sirwan, on our journey from Paris to London. From the very start, his communication was fast, clear, and timely. He offered us a very reasonable price compared to other drivers, and everything was handled in a kind and professional manner. On the day of travel, he arrived right on time at our hotel in Paris. He was very gentle with our dog, Dylan, and offered to make multiple stops along the way if we needed them. The car was spotless and very comfortable, which made the journey smooth and stress-free. When we had a small issue with the documents, Sirwan kindly drove us to a vet near Calais to sort it out—something we were very grateful for. His genuine love for animals and the way he connects with both pets and their owners made us feel completely at ease throughout the trip. Sirwan is a sweet, caring person who truly goes above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Pet Shuttle Abroad to anyone needing reliable and pet-friendly transport across borders.

We had an amazing experience with Pet Shuttle Abroad. Our driver Sirwan, was excellent from start to finish. Communication was flawless, he was always super responsive, very clear and patiently answered all our questions, which made us feel safe and relaxed before and during the journey. He picked us up early in the morning in Düsseldorf and drove us and our cat Milanesa all the way to Manchester. He was punctual, very helpful with our luggage and even supported us with the paperwork at the border. He also made sure our cat was comfortable, preparing water for him and giving us the option to open his bag if we wanted. The whole trip went smoothly and stress-free thanks to his professionalism, patience and care. It’s a perfect service at a fair price and I would absolutely recommend Pet Shuttle Abroad to anyone moving to the UK with their pets.

I had to book a last-minute trip from London to Munich with my dog, and Pet Shuttle Abroad was amazing. They responded quickly, handled everything professionally, and kept me updated throughout. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, my dog seemed calm and well cared for the whole way. The driver was safe and reassuring, which made the long journey much easier. Wow, the best taxi ride I have ever had ... The longest too, Paris to London with my cat Starfish . All the communication pre pick up was clear, my questions were answered and information shared. I was given names of pet friendly hotels in Paris which was really helpful. We needed a night to rest after our long trip from the Philippines. I got picked up, all bags and my precious cargo were on board and off we went. The time zipped by, we talked so much, but in saying that periods of quiet were ok too. There was a care package in the cab for me, such a lovely touch. Sirwan put a seat belt around Starfishes travel bag, he checked in on her while driving, he was so kind and considerate. I would recommend him to help move a loved pet from a to b.

A huge thank you to Sirwan for delivering our cat Muffy from Stockholm to Glasgow. First class service throughout, from the first interaction over WhatsApp to the farewell group photo. We received regular updates throughout Sirwan's trip with Muffy from Sweden to Scotland, including a charming photo when they were having breakfast together :) Sirwan washed, fed and interacted with our cat, keeping her calm and comfortable. When there was a hiccup with Muffy's documents at the Eurotunnel checkpoint, Sirwan found a vet near Calais and sorted out the paperwork, allowing Muffy to enter the UK. We were absolutely delighted with the service of Pet Shuttle Abroad. If we need to transport our cat in the future, we will definitely contact this company again.

What an excellent service Sirwan provides - from my very first enquiry he was friendly, professional and reassuring. All details were covered and he was so helpful 🙂 Sirwan collected me and my 3 pets from Amsterdam and drive us all the way to Cheshire. He took care of cooking the Eurotunnel and was always on time for everything. He clearly loves animals and an added bonus is he's a really interesting guy - I thoroughly enjoyed chatting to him on the long drive.
