We entrusted Katie with our 2 dogs while we went on a weekend away and we were very happy with her service! She gave our pups lots of attention and love and we came back to our home just as we’d left it. I would definitely recommend pet pals and we will be using her for future care!

Katie is AMAZING! She has taken care of our sweet cat on numerous occasions and Stella just adores her. We get the sweetest pictures and notes about our girl while we are away. The app she utilizes is wonderful and super user friendly. She’s truly a blessing!!

I could not have been more pleased with Katie and how she cared for our pup! Her communication before, during, and after was excellent and quick. With the app she uses, I was able to see every detail of her time with our dog; from when she arrived, to feeding, to bathroom breaks, to treats, notes, photos, and everything in between. It made us feel like she was in such good hands while we were away. Katie even grabbed our mail for us which was a nice treat! We are already planning to book Katie again. Our dog absolutely loved all of the attention and belly rubs she received while we were away. 12/10 recommend Pet Pals of Cedarcrest to anyone in the area!

We had a great experience with Pet Pals! Katie took amazing care of our 1-year-old golden retriever, Tucker, while we were away on vacation. We really appreciated all of the real-time updates and photos, and they gave us peace of mind and let us know he was in great hands. Tucker looked happy and well-loved the whole time. I had a fantastic experience using Katie at Pet Pals of Cedarcrest . She stayed overnight multiple times at my home so that my pet would not be alone at night! She also took her for walks, played with her, fed her and gave treats. The app she used for communication is very clear and detailed. I received notifications at the start and finish of each visit, along with photos and descriptions of how my pet was doing! I will utilize this outstanding service again and recommend this business for anyone seeking professional and dedicated pet care!

Katie was amazing! It was our dogs first time with a stranger and she was very patient and kind. One dog loves everyone and she made sure to give him plenty of time and attention. Our other dog is very nervous around people and Katie was very understanding and made sure to give that dog plenty of space. She left very detailed visit summaries, lots of photos and responded to any message I sent her almost instantly. Can’t say enough good things, we will be sure to use Katie for every trip we take!

Katie has been phenomenal with our pup and our schedule. We frequently find ourselves with last minute needs and she always responds quickly. We feel so much better that Katie has been taking him for walks when we’re out of the house for extended periods.
