If I could, I would give Pet memorial Australia 6 out of 5 stars. Every interaction was meet with genuine compassion and warmth. Every hurdle (all which had nothing to do with Pet memorial Australia) they tackled with determination and even when our pet was delivered, they were so understanding and thoughtful. A big thank you to Nathan and the team, and to Steph who delivered out pet to us, they went above and beyond with no hesitation. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing their services, I can't recommend them highly enough as the right choice and I know they will handle your unique situation and needs with a deep level of understanding and support.

I travelled from Newcastle to use their pet cremation service and was met with nothing but kindness and compassion. They were thoughtful, respectful and treated my pet with genuine care and dignity during a very difficult time. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend them.

Best pet cremation service in Sydney! Thank you to Pet Memorial Australia & Buddy for taking great care of my cat Noodle. The process was super fast and simple. Pet Memorial wasn't my first choice initially but I tried them as the other company I contacted didn't get back to me. I'm glad I went with Pet Memorial & Buddy. Their online booking system was easy to use and had all the costs upfront. I'm suprised at how fast everything was: I made a booking on a Thursday morning the day after my cat died, 1 1/2 hours later he was picked up by Ardi the driver (Big thanks to Ardi who was very respectful & kind), the next day I received a text to say my cat's cremation had been done and his ashes would be brought back on Monday. Steph delivered Noodle's ashes back in a nice package with a card and his cremation certificate. Steph was also very respectful & caring. Thanks again to Pet Memorial Australia, Buddy, Ardi & Steph for providing an efficient and respectful service. I highly recommend!

Our dog of 15 years had passed away recently. It was quite late that day. Around 4pm. We called few different companies to get her cremated and most of them gave us long lead time. And we accidentally found Pet Memorial Australia. I explained what is most important for us, and Nathan was really helpful. Even guiding us through the ordering process. The following morning our dog was picked up by Buddy. Ardi - the driver was also compassionate and understanding. The car was presented well and clean. Few days later, the ashes of our dog finally back to us within the promised Lead Time. The whole experience is really smooth and professional. Big thumbs up. Big recommendation for Nathan and his company. Thanks Guys.

I recently had to say goodbye to my dog, and before the procedure I contacted Pet Memorial Australia to arrange pickup from the vet for cremation and an outdoor urn. The team was so kind and supportive through the whole process, making a very difficult time a little easier. I’ve now created a small memorial garden at my home in Emu Plains, and the sandstone pet urn fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Thank you to everyone at Pet Memorial Australia for your care and compassion.

Rocky, our German Shepherd, passed away and was picked up from our vet in Botany, Sydney for cremation. After we booked online, they organised the pickup from the vet and returned him back to our home. We got him back in a solid indoor pet urn with a couple of keepsakes that really suited him.

Our Dog Buster unexpectedly passed away, and we arranged a full service dog cremation in Sydney through Pet Memorial Australia. The process was very straightforward, we were able to book online easily and the communication from the team was clear and compassionate. We received an elegant indoor urn, a resin fur clipping and a noir artwork. All beautifully done. Everything was handled with care, which made a very difficult time a little easier to get through. We're grateful for the support and respectful service.

When my parents dog Rosie suddenly passed away, it was a big loss. As a couple in their 80s with their health issues, I had to step in and organise a meaningful memorial. I organised an urn and some keepsakes online and it all turned up in Brisbane pretty quickly and we could farewell our precious Rosie. All items were pretty and well made - doing justice to her legacy.
