Tyler, Drew, and Terrace did an amazing job with both the water treatment system and tankless hot water heater. Very impressed with their work and performance. Their knowledge and customer care was outstanding and I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you for having such an outstanding team!

Finn was very knowledgeable and talked me through several options available to me. He worked fast once we decided on the work to be done. Finn had to walk through mud to get into the house and cleaned up after himself to my delight. THANK YOU

Richard was awesome! The scheduling was so easy. They came same day, texted up dates. It was great. Richard figured out our problem, got the right part and had our heat back up and running in no time. We signed up to become members on the spot.

I have been very happy with Peterman up until now. They sent 6 guys out with 2 trucks to replace our gas line, They were there for 4 hours and did not have all the correct supplies. We signed off on them opening a hole in our spare bedroom and placing an access panel. When we signed the contract that plumber never once mentioned anything about damage or that there may not be a way to place the access panel, infact he recommended doing the access panel. SO that's what we signed off on never being told of a damage waiver, The team of 6 guys with 2 trucks came in and opened a large square in our wall and then realized the wall was thin and they could not put the acess panel in and would need to go a different route. Daniel told my husband that it was their mistake and they would pay for the wall to be repaired. My husband asked him how soon that could be done and the response was oh I don't know, it could be 2 days or it could be 4 months. When someone is sawing open a wall they can figure out real quick how thick a wall it and they should've stopped but they did not and continued opening a wall. They did not clean up their mess inside the house. I have had renovations and other work done and the workers always clean up after themselves. They had to go through our bedroom closet and again made a mess in there and did not clean it up. There is not a barrier around the new gas line and our wall, it's just a hole. On the outside they tried to drill in my brick house towards the top and the bottom. They could not go through the top so now there's 2 holes in my brick. On the bottom they only put one screw in the bracket and could not drill in another screw. The clamp they used was way too big. They had 2 trucks and 6 men they could've easily went back to the shop or even Lowe's which is 2 seconds from my house. The area was also messy. The gas line was extremely wobbly. They told my husband that was fine and not a big deal. We were very upset. We reached out to Peterman and they basically said we signed a damage waiver and they would not cover the hole in our wall. Citizens did come turn our gas on but said the missing screw and clamp needed to be fixed and shouldn't be like that. We told Peterman they need to fix their mistakes. There was a mix up of a time frame for sending someone out. Alex was told after 2 pm but I was told via text 8-10am which I confirmed via text. I also received multiple calls and texts which was overwhelming because we were at work. I toll off the morning because I confirmed 8-10 and had to leave work early to get there at 2pm. That was frustrating. Your only saving grace was Drew. You had to send 1 man to fix 6 men's mistakes. When he saw the missing screw and huge clamp he laughed. He apologized multiple times and said this should've never happened. He couldn't even remove a screw because they had stripped it so bad. He said there was zero reason that one of them could've ran to Lowe's to get the correct supplies. When I mentioned the thin walls, even he agreed that they should've stopped sawing into the walls. He appologized multiple times again and said he had a meeting the next morning with that crew because that was ridiculous and unprofessional. We are not happy with you team of 6 men. Drew is your one saving grace. I was called today by customer support telling me they would not replace the drywall and all they could offer is a discounted price to repair it. I also signed off on a $1,800 bill and ended up paying more. I work in a vet's office and could NEVER imagine making these mistakes and not fixing them for our clients. If you could give us some money back since now we do have to find someone to repair our wall that would be great, we are very disappointed with Peterman now and will probably discontinue services. Like I said before we have been happy with your company but now we are looking elsewhere.

Ryan did an excellent job in installing my new water heater and my new water softener. After he installed them, he thoroughly explained how to use the water softener and explained the warranties that come with the equipment. I would recommend Peterman Brothers for all of your plumbing needs.

Dawson thoroughly checked the plumbing and reported in detail his findings. He had several recommendations but I was never pressured to act on anything. I am pleased with the service provided by Peterman Brothers.

Zach was great! They had said there might be a delay in getting a tech out in the morning to replace my water heater because they had someone call in sick, but Zach was here by 9:00am! Very professional and personable. Great service.
