The products are amazing as is the customer service. I first tried Pet Botanica's products when my very fussy dog was given some. Instant success! Previous experience with treats has been that she will eat them the first time and never again. Not any more. She loves the lamb puffs and beef chunks (and others).
The customer service has been fantastic. I had an issue with the number of products I could order. I emailed and this was fixed instantly with some helpful advice about value packs which is a cost saving for me.
The delivery is very prompt, the products are fantastic and the customer service is second to none. Keep up the good work. I will be ordering on a regular basis and recommend anyone to try these products for their dogs.

Very satisfied with the products from Pet Botanica! Theyre affordable easy to deal with and the delivery was fast and secure, I have a blue amstaff his name is baxter and he had some type of infection or something with his left ear. And For a long time , i tried everything which were all expensive’ ineffective and time consuming.
So i went for the natural approach and I bought the colloidal silver pet spray from Pet Botanica and it’s definitely working! Now he can rest easier without the irritation driving him crazy. I know if i need anything for my boy from now on im coming here. I can feel the genuine love for animals from this company. 100% happy customer 😊

Thank you for sending out my order so quick I got the Colloidal Silver spray ,my little Corgi x has skin allergy on the front of her paw , the vet gave me some cream to put on it and I have tried other lotions brought online nothing has worked, I have given 2 sprays of the Colloidal Silver today and so far no licking and thank you for the extra treats

Great products, the dry shampoos smells lovely and the dry shampoo 4 days later Molly still smells great, only sprinkle a few shakes on back side fluffed it around. The lamb treats are great my Moodle is so fussy but, she loves the sample of kangaroo treats that arrived as a gift. I have a kilo of other treats she won’t touch. My new go to shop.

We have two dogs that are super picky about their food. We decided to give Pet Botanica's Bee Pollen, Mussel Booster, and Organic Seaweed a try, and wow, what a game changer! We mixed it in with their food, and it was amazing to see how excited they were and how eagerly they ate. The quality and effectiveness of these products are outstanding, and they've made such a difference for our dogs. There are so many products out there, but these really stand out. Crunchy dehydrated duck heads got me across the line when it came to purchasing from this company.
The delivery was exceptionally fast, everything was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The dogs annihilated the duck heads and I've been using the bee pollen supplement to see if it will help out my one girl who seems to react to something in the garden. So far so good.
The company are lovely and friendly and the products seem well thought out though I haven't tried the dry shampoo or shampoo bar yet. Would recommend you browse their site and give them a try.
