Mathew was incredibly professional and genuine. We had a difficult insect infestation at our home and Mathew was efficient with coming to our home, knowledgeable as well as caring and respectful with the way he worked in our home. He was very thorough and sprayed all the inside and outside of the home, which other companies did not even suggest doing. After speaking with Mathew, I immediately felt better and confident that he could fix our issue. Since the first round of spray, the issue has gone away and as someone who is very particular and fussy about their home, I could not recommend Mathew more.
I had got my pest control & solar bird proofing done from Pestline. I have taken quotes from 3 different people and this turns out to be cheaper and then I was concern about quality but I have to say that Gaurav from Pestline is very professional & done quality work. I have used multiple pest controllers before, however Mathew was the first pest controller that I have used that didn't come across as a cowboy. His 20 years in the industry was evident as he explained his pest control strategy, and was thorough in implementing that strategy. He inspected and baited the roof cavity, prepared and set child and animal proof baiting stations both inside and outside of the house, and explained what to expect over coming weeks. He communicated well, was punctual and courteous. Offers a warranty and would highly recommend.
