Superb Pest Control service!! I noticed a carpenter ant problem and requested an additional visit to assess the problem. I received an appointment within 2 days! Alder sent confirmation of the appointment window, notification 24 hrs prior, and a textfrom the technician when she was on his way. The technician, Emily, was very detailed, professional, and courteous. She assessed and treated the area, If all Alder's technicians are like Emily, Alder will do great.

I appreciate the removal of spider webs and dirt dobber nests as well as the ground coverage to help reduce fire ants. About to find out if it helps reduce the Japanese Beetle population.
