Ken has been very professional, lovely, patient and very helpful with my mouse problem, even successfully catching one. He even went as far as educating me on mice lol and offering up very helpful tips to avoid them at all cost! love it! It’s always lovely to see and chat with Ken while resolves the issue, but also a delight when I don’t have to see him, cause it means the move problem is gone lol. Very happy with the service front Pest Tech. Our experience of specialists needed for house maintenance stuff is that their websites list they cover a wide area and your home location, but when you contact them its too far for them to come, not Pest Tech who were consistent with their commitment to attend when we live. We booked in quickly with friendly and helpful staff in the office. Overall cost was reasonable. We had a bees nest in our loft and the technician Kelly was very knowledgeable and easy to engage with and the bees were rehomed at an apiary. Whilst we hope we won't have a pest issue again, we would use them again and recommend others do the same.

If you can, ask for Mike. We had the misfortune of a rat problem but the good fortune of having Mike as our local pest technician.
From the beginning, Mike’s knowledge was clear. He quickly traced the root cause to our drains, explained his findings in straightforward terms, and shared practical advice to prevent further damage. What impressed us most was his compassion. Mike understood how stressful a pest issue can be and took genuine care to reassure us that the problem would be resolved. He was right. The pests have gone, and Mike’s work was first class.

I am very pleased with the pigeon proofing of my solar panels done by Kelly of Pest-Tech. He was able to access my roof using ladders. The pigeons were cleared and the mesh was fitted in a morning. Everything was left clean and tidy including the gutter. A week later the pigeons have gone. They hung around for a week and then accepted that their nesting place is no longer available. Kelly gave clear answers to all of my questions.
One year on from having the pigeon proofing done: there has been no return of the pigeons and the proofing is doing its job.
