The best experience for my family. Sanjida was kind enough to speak with me two times before we booked the tests, and answered all of my questions with great detail and clarity. Then after we got the results, Sanjida and the pharmacist were kind enough to consult with me again in preparation for my meeting with our doctor. They were patient, empathetic professional and caring. The customer service, the level of detail and the genuine desire to help us was a refreshing change. I am speaking to anyone I know in need of this sort of testing. This is the place to go. This is what medical care should be.

Responded to me so quickly, and I was able to set up a meeting with one of their pharmacists at a time that worked well for my schedule - which tends to not be the easiest process usually. Their pharmacist was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It took me awhile to find a company/organization willing to sit down and answer my somewhat random questions, but Personalized Prescribing didn't hesitate and also seemed to be extremely informed on the topic.

My experience with Personalized Prescribing has been incredible. I'm not at the finish line yet but I'm much further than I would be anywhere else. Most doctors and specialists have no idea what they're talking about. I've been working with Cindy Hsieh to find the best solution for me. She's been incredible. If I need help, she calls me on the same day and answers all my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and has made this journey much smoother. I highly recommend!

After over 2yrs of trying various medications we decided to try the Pharmacogenomic testing. From the initial phone call to the test results feedback, we were very impressed with the service, the pharmacist Sara was incredibly helpful and explained everything. The test was easy to do and the full report was incredibly thorough. Having the pharmacogenetics test has been invaluable for myself and my family. It takes the guesswork out of which medications will provide the best efficacy for minimal side effects and which provide best outcomes. Additionally, finding out certain genetic information has been interesting and explained why certain medications in the past have not been as effective. It's also nice knowing that the final results are helpful for a lifetime.

We had the pharmacogenetic testing done for our 10 year old son. The head pharmacist (Sara Temkit) was absolutely fantastic. She was more knowledgeable about all the various ADHD medication options than any health provider I have spoken with in the past 3 years. I feel much more educated and aware of the type of medication to best support my son. We are taking him off a stimulant (Vyvanse) and will be using the recommendation Sara put forward. I feel a huge sense of hope and relief after going through this process and would highly recommend it for anyone going on or already on ADHD medication.

For 35 years of feeling that doctors didn't believe me when I said and had tried most antidepressant medication and nothing was helping. I lost faith in myself and felt no hope. Very thankful that my benefit company had sent in a referral to PPI on my behalf. Thanks to the Pharmacogenetic testing and pharmacist Sandra,I now know what will work best for me. I really can't say enough about Sandra and the team at Personalized Prescribing. Every interaction I've had with them has been nothing but compassionate and caring. Our daughter had been suffering for years trying different medications - nothing was working and the side effects of the drugs were compounding her already difficult health situation. We would never have tried the drug that was recommended as a result of her Personalized Prescribing test, as it is not on the 'list' of medications typically prescribed for her diagnosis. It's been almost a year now that she has been taking this new drug and she is feeling so much better and is able to enjoy life like she hadn't been able to before. We are so thankful.

My experience with Personalized Prescribing Inc. was excellent. This company/service was presented to me when I was struggling with my mental health. It's a DNA test which requires your saliva in a tube. The process of receiving and re-shipping the sample was very simple and required minimal effort from me. My Family Doctor adjusted my medication based on the results of this test, and it's the first time I have actually noticed how well an antidepressant medication could work.

My experience with Personalized Prescribing Inc. has been phenomenal so far! I had been hesitant to take a trial-and-error approach with medication, so I decided to go the pharmacogenomics route to give myself some answers as to what could work well for me. The information on Personalized Prescribing's website and the knowledge shared with me by their pharmacist, Sandra Hanna, made me feel comfortable with the decision to order from them. From receiving the test, providing a sample, and receiving results, less than two weeks had passed (although I know it can normally take a few extra days for results.) I feel so comforted in having medication recommendations tailored specifically for me and having a report write-up that validates my experiences (e.g. my genes actually show I have ADHD — how cool!) And, if I have any questions or experiences with medication I choose to take, I know I can reach back out to them for a chat!

Instead of instantly pushing the test she made a suggestion to change/tweak my current medications first since they are, for the most part, working, and see how that went. I can't describe how helpful Sandra has been as I navigate medicines for mental health. I have taken 6 different meds for the last 5 years each causing different side effects. The testing and reports show why that's the case. It's been so informative and useful to have this information. Instead of having to keep taking meds that are not working I can take something that would work better and maybe help me. She is more knowledgeable than anyone I have spoken to before and I'm so thankful for these tests.

Fantastic team! They were amazing to work with and great in helping us understand and process this journey we have been on. These tests need to be offered to all! Instead of "hoping" meds can work, these tests can save so many from suffering months and wondering why nothing works. Highly recommend this to anyone. They need to fund these tests so that all can have access. They can and will change and improve so many lives.
