Dr. Chong truly stands out; he walked me through every step of my procedure with clear, caring explanations that made me feel completely at ease. A special shoutout to Ms. Olga, his assistant, who followed up with a personal call after my surgery — that kind of attention really shows how much they care. And the front desk? Ms. Nicole is an absolute gem — warm, kind, and so welcoming. The whole team makes you feel valued and comfortable. Chong and his team are amazing. Highly professional and friendly. I cannot recommend enough! 😊 I had a traumatic injury a few years ago, still relatively young, late 20's, early 30's. It had a large impact on my self esteem and life. There was lots going on but we were recommended Perio and Chong. This has been amazing and has changed my life. They were so caring, communicative and honest. I think this is a large point - they are all so caring, I've always felt very safe and in good hands, with my best interests always at the heart of the decision. Which has just been amazing. I'm not sure what else to say. But they've done an amazing job all round. I wish I would have met them all in different circumstances almost! But they are just such lovely people! So I'm glad to have met them! (I hope my personal ramblings here have been of some help to the reader! 😅)

I have known Dr. Chong and his team for 8 years and have had three implants inserted and one bone grafting with very good, long lasting results. Dr.Chong personally took the time to educate me about implants and how to look after them. The team was professional, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. As far as prices are concerned, the surgery for sure cares more about their reputation and quality of services than they do about money. I highly recommend Dr. Chong and the team.

Dr Chong is professional and skilled. He is thorough and methodical with his work, explaining every step of the treatment. Always very calming, which makes you feel more confident in his work. Every single person I meet at the dental practice is polite, friendly and professional and they really make you feel comfortable. I can't recommend them more highly. In my opinion and experience Dr Chong and his professional team provide the best dental experience I have ever known. I moved from London but stayed with this practice even though it takes 2 hours to get there. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Today is the last day of a long journey starting 18 months ago. First time I visited Dr Chong I had a serious issue in two teeth. Dr Chong and his assistant Olga were amazing.
