Met with Russell who was very professional and polite. He showed me the actual material that would be used in my selection of the Pergola. He also did a AI picture of the pergola on my patio. When my wife and I first started thinking about getting a pergola for our backyard we didn’t take it lightly because there’s a lot to consider. We talked to several vendors about quality, customization, schedule, pricing etc. Fortunately for us out of this process thanks to Russell Mellandas from Pergomatic we were able to find a clear winner, thank you Russell!

Teymur and the Pergomatic team are terrific and the pergolas are out of this world. We chose Pergomatic over a competitor because their pergolas are made in Europe (versus China) and because of Teymur's great service. The quality is high. Teymur is responsive, attentive and delivers. We have two pergolas for about a year now and we love them! One is enclosed with doors on three sides and is our gym. We love it. The other is giant and covers our outdoor kitchen and dining area. It's lovely to open the louvers in pretty days or keep them closed to keep everything dry in the rain. Big thanks to Pergomatic. Would work with Teymur and his team again.

We recently had pergolas installed for the first time as part of our new room additions—a Prayer Room and a Sun Room—and our experience with the Pergomatic team was outstanding overall.
From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team demonstrated professionalism and strong attention to detail. A special mention goes to Elchin, the sales representative, whose interpersonal skills are exceptional. He truly went above and beyond to understand our vision. Although we initially had a different design concept in mind, Elchin guided us through innovative ideas and enhanced design options that ultimately exceeded our expectations. The final outcome was outstanding and well worth the investment.
Elchin also connected us with excellent contractors who built our sun rooms with impressive craftsmanship and efficiency. The team delivered high-quality work in a cost-effective manner, which we greatly appreciated.
One important consideration for future customers is to plan delivery timelines well in advance. Since the products are manufactured and shipped from Europe, custom designs and precise measurements can sometimes lead to delays. In our case, the project experienced a delay of approximately two months due to design modifications and measurement adjustments. However, despite the extended timeline, the final output was exceptional and fully met our expectations.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality, design expertise, and professionalism demonstrated by the Pergomatic team. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a pergola installation or similar home improvement project.

Our pergola was the biggest investment we’ve made to our home and have no regrets. Pergomatic’s team and skills give you nothing but confidence and it shows with their work. The way Pergomatic went about this whole process made it easy and stress free. They worked closely with us on the design and made sure every last detail was perfect for our outdoor space. They were kind, knowledgeable and patient with us when we changed our minds a thousand times. We went with a glass roof and guillotine windows to keep our view intact.
