Performance Roofing did a full roof replacement a few years ago to repair damage caused by a windstorm. Since then, we have had no issues with the roof. I recently needed an inspection done for insurance purposes and Mark did a thorough job looking at my roof, explaining what he found, and he provided a report for me to pass on to my insurance company. I would fully recommend their services based on both quality of work and on customer service.
Benjamin arrived on-time and communicated his arrival time well. Benjamin was professional, communicated the process concisely, and ensured the job was properly completed. He explained to importance of performing the leak test properly. His work saved us over $25,000 in unnecessary repairs quoted to us by other companies. Robert was very professional and informative. Robert is an asset to your company and his dedication to his profession shows it. Scheduled my appointment in advance. They confirmed the appointment then called to ask to reschedule the appointment. I took off from work for this appointment. They did not seem concerned. It was 2:15pm and they did not even attempt to come after telling me they would call when on their way.

While the technician was very knowledgeable with my HVAC system, he did manage to mangle one of the panels of my year old unit which looks like a ten y/o unit now! I am most displeased with your company for that reason alone! Believe it or not I care about my property and how it looks and I think more care should have been taken to ensure it looked the way it did before the work was done!
The service was complimentary… however, that is beside the point.
