My parents had a mice infestation in their home and Perfect Pest Solutions was the company we called through a recommendation. We're glad to say that they're probably the ONLY company we'll call to solve any pest infestation we may have in the future. Reza is a perfect example of great customer service! He's always friendly, punctual and polite. He's very detailed in what he does, and will take the time to explain how and why he uses specific methods to eliminate pests. It was great to see the number of mice caught dwindling down with every follow-up visit from Reza. We only have a couple more inspections to go and we're confident that these filthy mice will all be gone soon! Highly recommended!

I researched far and wide when I discovered a mouse issue in my downstairs suite. I am so glad I chose this company. There was a comprehensive complete approach taken whereas they completely sealed off every point in the walls and then put out the bait. My issue was resolved and I am happy to be rodent free! Do not make the mistake of calling someone else, choose this company and save your money and time!!

Perfect pest solutions is a very professional, reliable and honest company. Whenever I reached out to him he always came the same day or the next day to inspect the mice situation. When he completed the extermination and set all the traps we never saw them afterwards they all got trapped. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who’s in need. Very respectful man.

My mom and sister were having problems with mice for awhile and another company had made multiple visits and charged a fortune without accomplishing very much at all. If fact it was actually getting worse and they refused to acknowledge that what they were doing wasn’t working and just wanted to keep coming out and charge more each time. I did some reading online and came across PPS . Right from the beginning Reza was very easy to deal with. He gave a quote and stuck to it even though I know there was way more work than initially tonight. He came out multiple times to make sure that my mom and sister were ok and that what he had done was working. It was a huge undertaking and he totally come through and I am very thankful as these days it’s very hard to find honest hardworking people who do such a good job. I have recommended Reza once already and will continue to do so whenever I can

We are very happy with this company and the service technicians who were assigned to our house were competent and very helpful and able have rodents eradicated from our house. We had tried many top name companies before and never obtained any result and none of them guaranteed their work. The company tailored a program for our property and it seems they have been completely eradicated.
I recommend highly this company and their competent technicians. If in the future I have a need for any pest control company I will definitely call this company.

Can’t recommend Perfect Pest Solutions enough. The reason is in the name - “SOLUTION.”
I called a few places that seemed very disinterested and just naming a price knowing nothing about my situation.
Perfect Pest Solutions came to my place to assess and did an excellent job focusing on prevention, not just elimination.
He literally treated this as his own home, not just by being clean & respectful, but genuinely looked in every crevice and seal any potential holes. Had much more patience than I would have had, and of course any other pest control service.
If you are needing any pest control, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Reza is educated in the field and has the patience, attention to detail, and cares to ensure you have a resolution.
He came back for several inspections on time and scheduled & confirmed well in advance.

This is not a paid AD but all I can say is PPS service is top notch, Owner is...
1) Punctual
2) Very detail on Inspection for signs of infestation
3) Took time to investigate (not rushing like others) every inch of the house looking for signs of cracks, poop...etc.
4) Created a plan for execution, treating your property like his own
5) Reasonably priced
6) Excellent customer service, very polite and listen's to your concern then provide solutions.
This company is highly recommended to anyone that needs extermination services in the Lower Mainland you would not be disappointed.
Second day after the trap setup and i heard a snap already, so let the hunt begins....

I got wasp nest removal done through this company. This nest was in internal walls and not visible from outside. He could find out the location of the big nest. He did his job professionally from inside out, including safety measures. Moreover rates are reasonable with good warranty period.
Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts. It was a yellowjacket wasp nest. Yellowjacket nests are usually underground or in void places and nest removal is one of the most important part of control program. It's one of the most dangerous stinging insects in North America.

We received an honest and professional services from Perfect Pest Soloution. The owner is very Knowledgable and experienced. Price is competable. You won't receive these soloution somwhere else.

I had a wasp infestation underneath the exterior of my home. The technician was very professional and thorough with eliminating the wasp infestation. Furthermore he also helped me sealed the cracks in the exterior to prevent future infestations. Highly recommend his services.
