We had a perfect move with Perfect Moving NYC! This was our second move using this fantastic company. I have to give a shout-out to Marko team truck 96 for their incredible service from the phone call letting us know when they would arrive to setting down every item in our new place. I would highly recommend Marlo’s team when moving!
Today i needed help moving noodle machines that felt like it weighs a ton. So a friend suggested me to this professional moving company, “perfect moving”. I was so happy i made the decision to use their services. Calling and setting up was so easy with the short notice, and when the movers came, I was impressed. They were professional, very nice. Super moving experience. Luis and Jesus came early within the arrival window range given, was very patient, accommodating, (I had a mirror that was packaged and already taken down to the truck... a friend wanted called to accept my offer while Luis and Jesus were there, and very kindly brought the mirror BACK UP to my apartment, no problem! Not many would do this without attitude or even refusal. A 5 out of 5 from me. And just in case this review affects them I'll select 5 out of 5.
One piece of advice, in terms of your initial contact with the company, get everything in writing. My initial direct contact with a person was over the phone, we spoke about a date, then changed it at the end of the call, verified it together. Email confirmation noted the previous date, NOT the second agreed upon date during the phone call, and I was charged an extra $200 dollars for a date change that was not 48 hours ahead of the move, which technically was not a reschedule! BUT, no proof of this as it was over the phone.

Team Diego were incredible! So efficient, they moved my one bedroom in one hour! And they even had to move in snow but stayed positive and kind even though it was freezing out. Highly recommend!!
