I have been using Penta Care Bromley and Orpington to care for an elderly relative. I have been so impressed with the care and support they provide. I have meet a couple of the carers and they have always been very helpful and willing to assist in all matters. I would highly recommend this Care company. They cared for my Mum before she had to go into nursing care. Everyone at PentaCare including the Carers and Management were all so kind and supportive and I thank them all for helping Mum stay in her own home for as long as possible. I can't recommend the amazing team at Pentacare enough. They helped Mum stay independent at home, which was what she wanted more than anything. Going the extra mile does not come close to describing the care and support they gave Mum.
The genuine compassion and support they gave Mum during her final year was a powerful reminder of what people can be at their very best.
I would like to firstly say thank you to those that provide care for my relative. I don't get to see them often but when I do, I ask how the care is going. We are grateful that some one is able to visit them daily to make sure they are ok and have company throughout the day. This gives us peace of mind as we can't always visit as we don't live local. I would recommend these services to others. The carers are kind and the office is always friendly when we speak to them. Without the care they provide, we would of had to seek alternative solutions to their care and we wanted them to stay at home. So a HUGE thank you!

I've been working for pentacare bury st edmunds for 14months. I can honestly say that it's been the best 14months. The other care staff are the best carers to work along side. As for the management they cannot be more supportive. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They treat all carers equally and with respect.
The best decision that I've made is working for the best team.
The care pentacare provides is simply the best . All the staff are genuinely caring and go above and beyond. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Pentacare to anyone looking into getting care or support.

The carers who have been supporting my nan have been amazing.

Pentacare looked after our Dad for us by helping him get to bed in the evenings. They were quick to respond to my request for help, compassionate and kind in setting up the care, and continued to be helpful and kind whilst delivering the care. We met Dad's lovely carer and he was just amazing - so calm and capable. We were very comfortable that Dad was getting the help he needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pentacare - the only slight negative for us was that as they don't use a portal is wasn't possible to check how Dad's bedtime had been. There never were any issues and I'm100% certain I would have been contacted if there were so this is not a criticism of Pentacare, just a personal preference. They were excellent and extremely helpful.

Mum receives a weekly one hour visit at the moment and she is always brighter and happier having seen her lovely, kind, fun and thoughtful carer! They have a good giggle whilst getting the job done and we are very thankful that we now have a company we can rely on to deliver the help needed. Thank you!
