Clare helped me with my mortgage renewal, I thought this was a lot earlier than it actually was & knew I had left it to the last minute. Clare was very reassuring the whole time about leaving it to the last minute & was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me. Really helpful service & friendly to talk to. Tim Meiris at Beals has been absolutely exceptional. He is excellent at following up on every detail and is particularly strong at dealing with complex situations. Tim has managed both of our mortgages and has been outstanding throughout, especially when handling a complicated scenario involving my mother’s new home and a second mortgage. His advice and guidance were incredibly helpful, clear, and reassuring at every stage. Tim is super friendly, extremely proactive, and very efficient when it comes to paperwork and securing deals quickly. Rating 5 stars - I had Olivia help me out with buying my first home on a recommendation and she was excellent. She made sure I fully understood the process and the options available to me, so I always felt in control. She was also very helpful and prompt, and even assisted with a last minute request to get me a lower interest rate. Highly recommend.
